There was an issue with our survey and the original fence had been installed ridiculously incorrectly. We set up a job time for the following week. The office was great with communication, verifying with me the night before and the day of. I had another fairly well known fence company come out for a quote and he refused to deal with the fencing because it was "snap rail". The guy actually got a little snotty with me because "his office girl was supposed to have weeded this kind of thing out before he drove all the way over". Insert eye roll and chuckle here.
