The worst, just the worst. They have no people skills, no organizational skills. no business skills. They argue with you about anything, then they'll start an argument with each other, and you can walk off and they won't notice. They don't pay taxes, they pay under the table. They let mail sit in boxes for days. It's a hot mess back there...If they have a package and have photographed it, they don't want to give it to you, if they don't feel like it. They use the excuse that they have to upload the pictures, but they can mark it on the whiteboard they have and just glance up and see you've picked it up...so some days they'll give it, some days they won't. ​ read more

It would be difficult to find a business more incompetent than this one. I am shocked the USPS allows them to redistribute their mail. Their surprising lack of common sense and complete lack of regard for their long term customers is intentional and designed to allow them barely work as they hold mail hostage. They said they cannot be touched by the USPS and can do what they want with the mail that is directed. Seriously. We had a box sent USPS. It arrived at the party office Saturday morning. BCM said they don't work weekends. Monday was a holiday. Tues 8am we went to pick up the box. They said they didn't get it from the post office yet but we could get it from the post office. We went there and waited in line for 40 minutes to be told only BCM could pick up the package. But, the BCM guy was right there. I asked him to give me our package because we needed to be out of town ASAP. He said no. Our package was right there and he wouldn't give it to me. We went back to BCM to get it but they said they needed to go through the process and it would not be ready to give to us for 5 more hours. No begging or pleading made any difference. They did not care. We finally got the box at 330pm and warned that they will choose our account if we had another situation where we complained. No need. We will close the box ourselves. My condolences to anyone who needs to use this terrible. Business. Also, the Quartzsite Facebook group has many more complaints about BCM and their terrible customer service. Also, all but one review here are 1 star with clear details showing they don't care about customers and enjoy the power of holding your mail hostage. The grumpy old man is fine but his nasty daughter and two younger guys are worse than the old man ever was. read more

This place is THE WORST. They lose packages & letters. They get angry & hostile when asking for directions or questioning their crappy service. They change their hours at a whim with no notice. TWICE letters were returned to sender when perfectly addressed according to instructions. Their online system of checking mail remotely and/or communicating (problems, errors, questions etc.) is TOTAL CRAP. Doesn't work. And they have no email address as backup. So if you have a problem, good luck. Calling will only get you an angry, overworked, USELESS employee who has no idea what you're talking about & could give a rat's a** about your issue. I cannot believe this place is still in business, it is THAT BAD. I rarely leave reviews, but NOT leaving one for this travesty of a business, would be a grave injustice for humanity. They are overaged and overworked. Every time I come to pick up mail, they struggle to find it. They charge about double the actual postage rate to forward packages. You cant contact them except through their beyond ancient "support ticket" system. LESSON: If you have anything even slightly urgent coming, do not use BCM. Their incompetence is only exceeded by their lack of concern. How I wish there was a modern, competent business in Quartzsite that would open up a package center. They would wipe BCM off the map. read more

This company is a bunch of thieves, they took money out of my account unauthorized and as of Nov. 25 have not retuned the money, after notifying them 4 months ago. I have not used their service since 2018 but in 2025 they decided to take money from my account. They refusing to answer the phone and let it go to voice mail, and big surprise voice mail is full so one can not leave a message. No stars for thieves read more

I need them and they need me! It's the best in the Q. Sometimes the old guy is grumpy but it doesn't bother me at all, everyone else is chill. I know that there is National chain stores that will do most everything that they do online but I avoid big chain anything and support little mon and pop brick and mortar. This is a message of warning to stay away from this place. Expect no customer service, do expect to have your mail sent back when they decide your not going to come get it. They say they will hold mail for 30 days and its not true. I had a costumer come to the window and ask for his mail and I went searching for it, during this process I was told it was sent back earlier that day. I looked on the computer and I could see the date stamps on his letters, they were not over 30 days old. I had to look the man in the face and tell him your mail is not here. It was a 10 mile round trip on a bicycle for this man. Another time I received a support ticket to forward some mail and during the search I found some of the mail that was specifically requested in the tote being returned to the post office, I removed the mail and proceeded to prepare it for forwarding I was immediately reprimanded and ordered to leave it and return it to sender. Do not leave packages there for over 30 days, they don't get sent back. It becomes Christmas at the mail and ship, they open the packages and start passing out the contents. So if you are looking for less than poor customer service punctuated with abuse and have your mail returned to sender. Come on down to BCM Mail and ship they'll be happy to serve you. read more

In addition to being a customer, I worked there for a couple of days. What a total mess. It's not the employees fault- the "software" consists of ancient Microsoft Front Page, old Word and Excel files that haven't been changed in decades and are tied together in a mindless duplicative weave of hot garbage. Sour and racist owners, coupled with lousy service and constant turnover lead to a complete disaster of a business. This place will be out of business within the next year for sure, if not sooner as theyve lost over half their customers in the past year. Folks learn about competing mail services that are less expensive, more competent and much friendlier. Stay away! read more

Twice now I went to collect my mail--BEFORE 5PM as I was told that was closing time and have been refused. Of course, today grumpy old guy tells me closing time changed to 4PM--no notice, no prior notification, no email--NOTHING! The first time it happened was CHRISTMAS EVE to pick up a package for my 7 year old son- old grouchy guy REFUSED to give it to me. Today was the 2nd time- I have been waiting on a FEDEX delivery since Wednesday--delivery driver was getting into his truck when I arrived to get my mail. AGAIN the grumpy old man REFUSED to give me the package that was on his desk. I will be cancelling my service and leaving appropriate feedback about the lack of service, lack of compassion and overall unprofessional behavior to paying customers. Do NOT waste your money here. Find another mail service even if you have to drive miles away from Quartzsite! read more

I have been using service for two years. hey it is mail. I get notified I pick up my package. they get busy.

I had a package sent express. I see it's delivered at the PO Box and understand that BCM goes to pick it up. So since I'm miles out in the desert I called them to see if they could tell me what a good time to come pick it up would be. The old guy was rude and hung up on me. Unfortunately both mail services in Quartzite have bad reviews, but I'll try the other one next time. But mainly I'll try to avoid needing to use them. read more

Do not do business with this company. I opened an account there and put in a USPS forward to them. I had planned to hit the road but had trouble with my vehicle so I wanted them to send my mail to my former address but in my landlord's name because if it was addressed to me, it would be sent back. They somehow decided I was doing something crooked and closed my account and only gave me a small partial refund. If you call them the guy who runs it will cuss you out and hang up on you. He is semi-literate,so email communication is a joke. The website is ancient and crude and it's hard to make sense of what's what. read more

I was a customer of BCM Mail and Ship for 3 winters while my RV was parked in the desert. I mistakenly thought the only way to get packages sent via UPS and FedEX was to hire a mail service. They were the least expensive. There were no real problems the first winter. The second winter they lost one package but I was able to get reimbursed by the sender. I was concerned about the lack of security. UPS dropped off packages and laid them on the ground beside the gate one afternoon when BCM was closed (without notice). I simply leaned over the gate and picked mine up. This past winter, 2018-2019, was a disaster. They lost 3 packages! One was an anxiously awaited for $130 part of my solar system. Nine weeks later I get a call from Bob asking if I'm sure that package with my last name misspelled wasn't mine. Never having seen that package I went to investigate. It was my missing solar part. For 9 weeks they had misplaced it and then lied to me about having shown me the package. When I denied ever seeing it, both Bob and his wife called me a liar and continued to verbally abuse me from behind the closed door but loud enough for anyone to hear. If I had declined the package why was it not returned to the shipper????? The only bright spot is the new employee they hired, but who knows how long she'll stay. I suspect she found my missing package. After she arrive a tracking system for packages was instituted and email notices were sent when they would be closed during business hours. You don't need to hire a service to get all of your packages. Rent a USPS Post Office box then ask them how to address your packages sent by other carriers so they arrive there. If you pay money to Bob Marshall for his abuse you'll be as sorry as I am. read more

I am such an idiot for not paying heed to reviews posted about this Scam Business that only wants your money! I have been with BCM since the middle of January 2023 and in that time, I have had to retrieve mail in person, when they choose to be open and on the first time of using the "Support Ticket" foundation of forwarding mail I was notified that I was banned from sending "Support Tickets" for service! After 10 emails giving permission to send me that which was time sensitive, I received a call from BOB, the asshole owner and he stated that all mail received would be sent back to sender. The USPS needs to shut this place down! Complaints have been filed with PayPal, the only way to pay for service, and my Visa provider for the $25.00 they have kept in order to forward mail. This place even kept my license plates from AZ MVD and I hae received notice that the plates were used in Mexico for nefarious reasons! In fact, where they plainly state that you can use their address as residency for obtaining license and insurance reasons, THEY ARE NOT AZ MVD APPROVED OR ALLOWED! This is a scam that should send this BOB fellow to prison for the rest of his miserable life! STAY AWAY! read more

I had paid to have a package with my hearing aids overnighted to this place. When i called the day it was supposed to arrive I was told that it had not arrived. The next day i checked the tracking # and it was delivered to the post office at 8am and was signed out to BCMI delivery service. When I called BCMI (friday) a man told me that he was not going to pick up any mail until the next Tuesday and it can take a day to sort the packages! I told him that the post office stated that my package had already been released to his company that day, (friday) He again told me that he wouldn't pick up the mail until next Tuesday and i had to wait. I asked why I would have to wait until Tues or Wed. For a package that was signed out to his company today. He began to swear at me and told me that I could go through the @$#÷=$ pile myself next week! So, I'm out $35. For overnight postage and I wont get my hearing aids until next week some time! read more
