I worked with a sales associate to try a chair in my house for 5 days. Before delivery, they confirmed date and time to deliver and the chair was used for 5 days. I never got confirmation that they were going to pick up the chair. However, on the fifth day, I got a knock on my door to pick it up while I was in a work meeting. My wife answered the door and, regretfully, let him in to get the chair. He poked his head in my home office and said he needed the chair. I was in the middle of a zoom meeting but he said he had to take the chair, which he rolled out of my office, while I had to finish my meeting standing up (very embarrassing). When I complained, to the store, I was told that the owner would call me. Instead, I got a terse email stating that they don't allow the chairs to stay longer than 5 days and I should have known it would be picked up because the email they sent two weeks earlier stated that it would be picked up on the day (no time stated). He offered no apology basically said it was my fault. I would NEVER buy from this store.

Then charged an outrageous termination fee which I was not told about when I signed up. I was told if I didn't like it I could cancel free of charge. Watch out for the bs salesman coming to your door. I went back to the local competition and have had zero issues since. Do not be fooled by the cheap price they promise to switch. Reach out to your current provider and tell them you are going to switch. They will work with you to keep you. That's true customer service worth the value and service requests are handled immediately.

My printer was very old but Lasercare said they could repair it and there would be a 90 day warranty. After paying $250.+ for the repair, when I got the printer home it was still having the same issues. And the printer itself was in worse shape than when I had brought it in...the feeder tray no longer locked down because the plastic inside had broken off and the tray at the back no longer stayed closed without tape (neither of these was an issue when I brought it in). I called about getting my money back (well within the 90 day warranty period) and they told me they could only refund me $100.00 of the $250.00 I paid. Even that took well over 2 weeks for them to process! All in all, a really bad experience.

Today at 4:30 pm I got a message from Laser Care that they had cancelled my appointment because "they no longer service home offices." It would have been nice to have known that this morning when I set-up the appointment rather than now (end of day) and I'm out of town Thursday. When I called to find out why I was either put on hold or told one story after another. My advise -- Avoid Laser Care! Try someone else.
