Despite those promises, they locked us into a 3-month contract and have made it nearly impossible to cancel. From July 17th to September, Amanda (Client Success Leader, Strategy & Innovation) and Hollis from support kept passing me back and forth without resolving anything. I had to call them every single day just to get a response. Once I finally sent my cancellation email, they completely stopped providing updates on our ads--even though we were still paying them. My account is still not cancelled, and I ultimately had to cancel my credit card just to stop working with this company. To make matters worse, I honestly believe they have their own employees posting 5-star reviews--there's no way this many people are truly happy with such poor service. Our own account rep (an employee of Ad Leaf), Brendan Murfield, left a glowing review below. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and deceptive in their sales promises. Would NOT recommend.

We came into town this week to teach a very important Aerospace Class in Orlando. We realized at 6:00 am Dec 12 we were missing some books. We drove to PIP to be there when they opened at 9:00 am and Maria waited on us hand and foot. No other print company would have done this for us. The design of these signs by Jeff Dix and Media1 done in cheap aluminum looks like kindergarten Crayola time. After a huge community outcry the project was paused. The deal was suppose to be done, but somehow it keeps going with Media 1 offering new designs. The latest design is doodoo brown trailor park design of signs. It just gets worse and worse. I will mention their street signs for speed limit were not ADA compliant nor reflective. We live in a forest and the street speed limit signs chosen are green. You can't see then day or night time. It's been disaster after disaster. And it will not end, I wish they would leave our community alone. No one here wants those ugly designs. We already recalled 4 HOA board members over this decision, hopefully we will recall one more soon.
