Went in this afternoon to have a passport photo taken. The manager was training a new employee. They couldn't have been nicer. When the first photo was too bright, they adjusted the intensity of the flash and the second set turned out just right. The person doing the register was helpful as well and had a good sense of humor. I received exactly what I needed and it was pretty quick. read more

Irresponsible corporation. After telling me that he is in no way responsible for miss-delivered packages, the agent stated that I couldn't leave them at his store and they were MY responsibility. Call the number in the package, he said. Calling that number, I found that I am responsible to put it back into one of their envelopes that the agent won't give me. Classic Catch -22 of corporate irresponsibility. I'll bet the bank who sent these papers don't know know of their snafus. read more

Got shipped suitcase from Boston MA and I was struggling to get it. I got serious injury on my back and had been in the hospital in Melbourne for a week. All my requests to get it to my room came to death ears. Very bad driver delivery truck and poor customer service because obviously there wasn't any communication. If you don't mind waiting longer than is reasonable, this is the place for you! I had submitted a print job online, paid online, and received a notice that my print job was ready to be picked up. All they had to do was hand it to me. I waited for one of the two people on staff to finish helping the customers they were with. This was reasonable. When one was finished with his customers he then joined the other employee in helping her customer. Eventually he came back to me and apparently couldn't had me my print job without examining it. Pretty sure he was reading it. I don't know why they couldn't have been nosy before I got there? Anyway the quality of the printing was outstanding, only the customer service and privacy sucked! read more

I am writing to call out this Fed Ex location/employee for trying to charge me for something and not advising me of it in advance! I was mailed a small handheld unit to replace one that has broken from my employer. It came with return labels all filled out and instructions to simply take it to any FEDEX location for easy drop off. I wrapped the broken unit up in the exact same packaging I received the new unit in (bubble wrap and a plastic air pillow) taped up the box and took it to this location. Long story short, after a few minutes of questions to me that were obviously answered on the forms filled out by the company that handles these units being repaired..... He asks if he can open the box... My response- as long as you tape it back up. After he moves it to a box 2 sizes up and uses MANY feet of bubble wrap for what is about the size of 3 iPhones in otter boxes stacked together. He never advised me before or during HIS deciding that there wasn't enough bubble wrap that there would be a charge for wrap and fillers. And what really bothered me more than his opening a package that had essentially been accepted before by FEDEX (I just exchanged the units and used same packaging) was that now he was telling me I needed to pay for bubble wrap and fillers. I refused and the manager said "this time we won't charge you" as if I made a mistake and I told her and the employee you absolutely didn't tell me about there being a charge for bubble wrap. I also added "as agitated as I am am at all the questions and him unwrapping my package do you think I would have agreed to pay you more?" He had a pen and I asked him to write his name for me in case I had any issues with the package and he refused. Possibly he doesn't understand the difference between writing his first name and a signature? The entire transaction took too long. Evident by the line of people behind me. Still not sure why he had to open my box and so very closely inspect the unit inside it. Pretty sure I saw him push buttons on it, turn it over several times. And then try to charge me for extremely excessive over wrapping that he personally deemed necessary. I would be interested to know if FEDEX employees receive financial incentive or percentage on bubble wrap ect added to packages at the last minute. If so shame on you G**** because you absolutely never advised me and I would have never agreed. read more

This store is absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever encountered. They have consistently failed to deliver the products I have paid for and expected. I never write reviews. This is my first one but the level of service Fedex provided was completely unacceptable. I now refuse to use them. I even had to call corporate and was still met with unprofessional customer service agents. Use anywhere else to print and ship. read more

Refused to print my shipment label because they don't have a scanner .... Very bad service unfriendly staff

I sent an older man there multiple times to have documents PRINTED- then signed-then EMAILED back to me. He does not speak very clear English, but is a very quick learner (having been a chemist and electrical engineer.) The staff took advantage of him. They charged him $40 to scan in 19 pages and then asked him to pay another $50 to FAX the documents. He has paid over $300 dollars at that location to send simple documents to me. I had NO idea that they had been doing this to him, When I called they said it was just easier because they were busy and under-staffed. I have been a Fed-Ex customer for a long time. I recommend Fed-Ex to my clients who do not have home scanners and computers or that are not internet proficient- most of them are elderly. I sell homes, the people that I recommend are on strict time frames they have to meet, they get out of work and must go to Fed-Ex after normal business hours to meet deadlines or they will not get their homes. FED-EX took advantage of this and I will never again send anyone there. They should be ashamed to have such opportunistic employees; I can only imagine what company policy directs this type of behavior. read more
