On November 11, 2025 I ordered 10 boxes of CD storage. These shipped and arrived promptly. On January 6th of this year I ordered 20 more boxes. The website reported the items were back-ordered, but would be "available" or shipped on the 8th. On January 20th I filed a case with Paypal, as there was no communication since the 6th of that month. My boxes shipped promptly then on the 23rd. BCW requested, via PayPal, that I cancel my case, which I did. I commented then it would behoove BCW to alert customers when items are late and they cannot honor what the website reports as in stock, or as arriving in a couple of days. Regardless, last week I decided to give them another chance and ordered 20 more CD storage boxes I was emailed by "Amber" that she is "reaching out as you have placed a new order with us . . . . We show a disputed chargeback from order #N-[deleted] from January. At this time, your account is currently blocked. If you would like to work with our Office Manager to un-block your account, they will need to discuss some details with you." Basically the implication here is that I did not pay for my previous order and thus "blocked" and would need to talk with the manager. I reported my records showed they were paid and I was never refunded (and I did eventually get the boxes), but I would no longer be ordering from them because of this experience. In response, the manager Jason agreed with me, and apologized. I explained that was too late to get me and my hundreds of dollars of business back, but that I would include his apology and response in my reviews of the company. And so, there it is. Overall, I like BCW products. I use their toploaders to protect baseball cards. I recently ordered their vinyl record (LP) toploaders - seems like a relatively new product of theirs, however it has a design flaw and often arrives cracked near the edge. I reached out to Customer Service and they shipped out a replacement, which also arrived damaged. I decided not to reach out again for environmental reasons - it just seems wasteful for them to use all this cardboard to ship 1 single LP toploader. BCW needs to figure out how to add extra padding near the opening/edge to absorb the impacts/forces while being shipped. read more

This would be a five star review, and I didnt have any genuine problem as I didn't pay for expedited shipping, but as my order was under $100 I had to pay for $20 shipping. The fact that it wasn't shipped promptly moderately affected my experience as I have a TCG shop but I don't think the one star reviews are accurate for bcw. The proiduct was shipped very well. Suggestion : your cardboard gave me a papercut while I was opening the box, the edges of the cardboard are very sharp! XD read more

I'm not sure why there are so many low reviews--my experience was fine. I ordered their Digest/Manga bags. I chose the cheapest shipping and the package arrived in only 5 days. The bags were in fine shape. They're nicely made, perhaps a little big for digest comics but not by too much. I've bagged about 50 and they look good. (They'd be good for paperbacks too if you're curious.) read more

Absolutely outstanding service. I ordered two of their plastic hard comic boxes on Amazon, not realizing at the time it was a third party seller. Well, the TPS shorted me two pieces in one of the orders. I contacted BCW (before realizing it was a TPS) and they immediately offered to send me the missing pieces! I wish I had looked here for reviews before making a purchase from them. First off I have been looking to buy comic boxes in quantity for some time now and had been watching prices and availability. I had found a really good price from another source and did a longer search just in case and found what I thought was a better deal here. I double checked pricing and shipping and reasoned that it would be slightly cheaper to buy here. This is the biggest purchase mistake I have made in a long time and has shown me that you can't always trust what you read. Apparently I missed that they had information printed in one spot on the item that I interpreted based on my past experiences with other companies. i placed an order for what I believed was 40 comic boxes at a pretty good price, for today's market. These guys a fairly big monopoly selling to stores so I expected more from them. I was dead wrong. Upon receipt of the items it was extremely clear that I had not received what I thought I ordered so I contacted them immediately. This is where I give them the second star. Even though I was rather upset over the miscommunication in their listing the person I dealt with was quick to respond and friendly. I have dealt with some really bad people in this industry in the past when I worked it. The gentleman explained the listing and their return policy. Businesses like this are why I shop more and more on Amazon. They also sell there so beware. So I ended up paying a 15% restocking fee and return shipping and still waited almost 3 weeks after they had my return to have my partial refund. Thankfully I was able to find what I needed from a company on Amazon at an even cheaper price plus free shipping. I received my order quickly and at at the price expected. Don't understand the negative reviews, as the few times I've ordered from their website it has been extremely fast to ship and gotten here within just a few days, very well-packaged. I spent $141.08 on priority overnight delivery in Friday night and my order will arrive untill Tuesday morning. The sweet old lady who answered the phone when I called to question the rational behind this wasn't able to do much except be very polite. $141.08 for a 4 day priority overnight delivery is how this company does business. WOW i bought 2 packages of 1x2 inch t206 sleeves at a cost of $3.75 per pack of 100. i had to pay BCW $10.95 to have these shipped to me via UPS service in a 14x5x4 inch box......WHY cant BCW just send these supplies to the costumer in a 6x9 envelope that should cost the costomer no more than $5 and BCW would still make $3 on the ship cost. I WILL NO LONGER pass the word onto other collectors to USE BCW products nor will i ever buy anything from them again! read more

Absolutely worst customer service. Sends poorly packaged items that arrive broken. Promised to replace it but couldn't get around to shipping replacement for a week because parts were missing and then refused to upgrade shipping. It's now been 11 days since I should have had the original shipment. When complaining they boss writes: we aren't gonna upgrade shipping for a 20$ item. This is the first company I have written a review on, but felt so cheated and abused by this company. I thought I had no other choice but to warn other people to stay away from BCW supplies. FYI...the company makes it hard to perform any returns/exchanges. The return window is 7 days and they seem to conveniently not reply to emails until after that return window closes. After several emails back and forth BCW finally accepted my returns. But some how they made me feel guilty for wanting to exchange the large quantity of defective products. note, the product I ordered from them was a very large lot of poster sleeves. Most of them came to my door step falling apart. (Very poorly made junk). Note, I did need high quality, I just needed a sleeve. The ones I tried to exchange where falling apart at the seems. Long story short, they did not do an exchange. They only gave me a partly credit for the defective items I returned. And some how I got stuck with the return shipping charges. I will never do business with this company again and hope this review helps other avoid making the same mistake that I did. read more
