    Enjoying an evening of bingo..

Took my Aunt and my father to Bingo for the first time. I have never been to Bingo so I had no idea what to expect. The staff was friendly especially Cole. He went out of his way to come around and explain to us how the games worked. And which cards we were supposed to play. He answered all questions with patience and I truly appreciated that. They have a Subway on site and vending machines with daubers and snacks and sodas.. the patrons were also nice and friendly. There was a lot of space to sit, you definitely did not feel crowded and I liked that also... we had a great time and will definitely try this outing again..

I've been coming here to Bingo for about 12 yrs. The entire BD staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love that they have morning bingo(M.TU.THURS. FRI) along with the usual evening sessions . There is a Subway located inside the bingo Hall if you get thirsty or get the munchies. I've been to a lot of diff bingo halls in the last year, I'm happy to say, BD Bingo always feels like home!

Finished games from Saturday night BINGO. No early bird cards.

We had so much fun playing BINGO on Saturday night. My fiance and I got the idea in our heads to find a place and we went here with a friend. She'd been before but it had been a long time. I checked the yelp reviews since their website didn't have a lot of info about cost and such. I hope to provide more than they do. We went at 7:30. We saw that 6:30 was earlybird. The hall was packed even though we though we were a little early. It was just as I expected. All sorts of people. Young & old; with teeth & without; some had bags to carry their daubing pens & some had set up troll dolls and hello kitty dolls around the area where they sat (!!) Interesting... When you arrive, you buy your book. (I posted a pic of all the games this includes for one person.) Sometimes you're looking at 6 cards at once and sometimes 9 but the numbers are called very slowly so you have a lot of time and don't feel rushed with this many cards at all. You also buy a daubing pen out of a vending machine for $1 or $2. We were told to buy two each because the pens will run out. We bought two $1 pens and even though my fiance's got low, it never ran out. It was $15 for one book. $25 if you're going to play two hands at a time. We each went with one, not knowing what to expect. Early bird games are included in this so if we had come earlier we would've played even more games. There are a lot of little side games (pull tabs and some other ones that they walk around selling for $1 to $3) we didn't buy any of these. though, there are some bonus games and we bought 3 of these at $5 each that are just like the regular BINGO games, but with prizes of $500-$1000. I was 1 number away from winning on one of these - didn't win but it was very exciting. Our games ended around 11:30 and they announced another group would be playing from midnight to 3:30 but we didn't want to stay that long. Lastly I'll touch on food. There's a Subway seller in the corner until 10pm (he left early Saturday night) :( but he had pre-made sandwiches for $4 and I had a bag of chips for $1 - he also sold drinks and cookies but the front of the room had a soda machine and Cokes were $1. Not bad. The lounge we sat in was clean. The main hall looked pretty clean. Bathrooms were very clean. And there's a covered patio outside for people who smoke. I believe numbers were announced out there too because people took their playing cards with them. It was so much fun ~ we can't wait to go back. ** We went back on a Thursday and it's a different pricing buy-in. It's $25 but you can play an unlimited number of hands. We thought we'd go with 4 but then saw some poeple with as many as 8. We definitely should've gotten more. Maybe not 8... but a couple more. It was still a lot of fun but you have to pay waaaaay closer attention.

While playing poker, I placed an order for food. After some time, a server walked by with food, and I tho its mine, so I asked if it was mine. He responded, "No it's not, when will be yours I will give to you," His tone came across with a bit of attitude, and I noticed he interacted similarly with other guests as well. Eventually, he brought my food. I paid with a $100 bill, and the total came out to $14, which I paid exactly--so I did not leave a tip. As the server walked away, I clearly heard him say something along the lines of "f***ing cheap," which was completely unprofessional and inappropriate.i I then tried to address the situation with management. I first spoke to another manager (an Asian gentleman), who dismissed the issue by saying it wasn't his department raising his shoulders and directed me to someone named Benny. When I spoke with Benny, his response was minimal--just "okay"--and he didn't seem to take any immediate action or show concern, waited for little bit no updates or looks, nothing happened here. To make matters worse, shortly after that interaction, I saw the same server walking around and making an offensive gesture (raising his middle finger behind his back in a way that I could see). That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that expects tips and repeat customers. Later, the general manager, Michael, came to speak with me. He stated that he could not force the employee to apologize and that they would conduct an investigation--but that was the extent of the resolution offered. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression. Between the poor service, inappropriate comments, lack of accountability, and weak response from management, I would strongly caution others about the level of customer service here. So watch out don't get offended, wait for attitudes and behaviors, from long time employees what take their work for granted, old times used to be better.

One night I called bingo and one of the workers Rita said no I heard this lady call Bingo. So they took my number out of the machine and rolled it back one number. Even though customers that was sitting next to the lady said the lady never called Bingo. Then if that was not bad enough Rita kept coming up and down our isle taunting us. Then when we were leaving she was standing at the door taunting us again. Rita was trying to get me kicked out but I hadn't did anything wrong. One day I got called into the office with Rita and Kim I was told by the Kim that Rita wanted me kicked out because she said I was screaming at her but I never said a word to her. At this same meeting Rita was screaming and yelling at me and Kim. Kim told me "if my sisters were to come back to her bingo they needed to come see her first". Four months later my Sister brought my Mother and Disabled sister to aquanuts bingo, Rita told the Manager to kick my sister out of Bingo because she can not go to Blue Devil Bingo. The Manager Sarah did kick my sister, Mom and my disabled sister out. Rita rushed to the table that my mom and sisters were sitting and got in my mothers face screaming at her. My Mom is 83 years of age. The Management needs to hold their employees up to the same standards they hold everyone else to. They also need to check those Vape pins there employees use while at work. Unfortunately this was my favorite Bingo hall now I will find another hall or stop playing all together.
