This is my favorite place to play bingo in the East Bay (I haven't ventured anywhere outside of the East Bay yet). I've been playing for a little over a year. The bingo part is of course fun, but what really made me fall in love with BD in Concord is the staff. From my first few times when I had no idea what I was doing or how anything worked, they were always so helpful and supportive. It is what has kept me coming back to this and kept me connected. The site itself is very nice. Comfy chairs, decent table space. It tends to be cold, so definitely bring a jacket. I know it sounds lame, but I enjoy the Subway there. I love being able to get a soup and sandwich (and the subway staff are super friendly as well). As for the Bingo, each day/night have different programs. I prefer strip games, and like their quickie or paper specials. The 6-ons aren't my favorite, but I'll play them when they have them. Wednesday and Saturday nights are what I consider their high roller nights. Strips usually pay out at least $2000 and they generally only play flash games that are $1000 or higher. Those nights can sometimes be a little overwhelming with the amount of people. I tend to stick with Sunday Matinee or Thursday or Friday nights. I like their special Mondays, which it sounds like they plan to do moving forward in 2026 so that's exciting. If you're looking for a chill Bingo session, or a fun activity to do with your friends, this is the place! PS: I came here for their New Year's Eve Special. Alright peeps let's see who is in the chopping block today!!!! Alright BD Bingo hall come on down!!!! Alright peeps so today we decided to try bingo all by ourselves and yes it was so scary. It started at 6pm but place opens at 4 for those that have a big party coming with them is best to come early to grab a table. So the front of the building was super clean besides sharing parking with the church next door so much parking spaces. We got inside and it was not that packed so it was nice for someone like us since we don't do so good with big crowds but is all good because we came and we played and still are playing. The people saying the numbers and letters are loud and very clear they explain the rules before dropping a ball. There are other workers walking around asking people if they want to buy more bingos usually people grab the $1 ones because sometimes it's an instant win or it gives you bingo numbers which is always good. My favorite is American heroes since it pays 2,500 that's the last bingo card of the night so everyone grabs a card. Overall this place is a must come and play for those that don't really like going out to bars or clubs this is a good place to go. Now for the moment of truth is this place Dendinger approved??? Took my Aunt and my father to Bingo for the first time. I have never been to Bingo so I had no idea what to expect. The staff was friendly especially Cole. He went out of his way to come around and explain to us how the games worked. And which cards we were supposed to play. He answered all questions with patience and I truly appreciated that. They have a Subway on site and vending machines with daubers and snacks and sodas.. the patrons were also nice and friendly. There was a lot of space to sit, you definitely did not feel crowded and I liked that also... we had a great time and will definitely try this outing again.. read more

Came in for matinee today on my day off after a long week of work and it was my 2nd time here which was not a good experience as my first. Coming all the way from Hayward I brought my sisters service animal puppy who just made 4 months today with me in her carrier I had no idea about their pet policy but the way the the lady explained it in a way like I couldn't comprehend or as if the puppy is aggressive and she had all these rules. I understand but the way she told me in front of everybody instead of lowering her tone and then tried to be nice about it and say at the end good luck. After I put her in the car I went back and told it's a better to tell someone about your outrageous policies without putting them on blast with people in line to hear. I couldn't concentrate on the games I was so irritated didn't want to buy side games not a great greeting I may or may not come back coming from far. Parking lot needs security. People can break into your car and steal your personal items. The manager didn't do anything about the situation and didn't care. She stated she didn't have anything to do with the parking lot, but the parking lot was part of the Bingo facility. Security needs to be outside the building. read more

I do love to play Bingo. Our first time was last night (Monday Evening Bingo Session) which starts at 6:30 pm sharp!, at the Concord Location. Since it was our first time, here is a little beginners list: - They have vending machines filled with lots of snacks and there is a Subway in the Bingo hall. - If it is your BIRTHDAY MONTH (yes the whole month) you show your ID and you get a free dabber!!! otherwise you can buy a dabber at the vending machines for $1 or $2 depending on how fancy you want to get. - There is a different game schedule for each day and each evening, we were able to buy into the game for $15 per person which got us a total of 18 Bingo games (6 games of Bingo on 1 sheet). - There are bathrooms right in the section where Bingo is being played and they do give an intermission which is great. - There are lots of BIG screens to keep up with the game as there is no more regular bingo (where you win if you get 5 in a row). The new rules are that you have to obtain certain patterns on the Bingo card. They do show you the pattern you need to have to win that Bingo hand. Here is an example of the bingo patterns they may call out: https://www.gamevillage.com/bingo-extras/bingo-winning-patterns. - We had 3 sheets of Bingo, each sheet has 6 games so we were quite active in playing the game, a total of 18 games, however, we still did not win anything. - The evening game goes from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm and they play the whole way through. - If you are not familiar with Concord, use your GPS, it will guide you to the BD Bingo Hall, there is plenty of parking and I suggest get there by or before 6 pm as the game is prompt to start and you will need to get situated. - Along with the Bingo there are a lot of other games being played with different prizes, some were $1,000 prizes and if no one wins, they turn into $50 prizes until someone wins. I did not see anyone win any $1,000 prizes last night, most of the winners were around the $250 - $500 level. - We did not play any of the speciality games only because we did not know how and they each cost more and more money to play, some of the games were $1 but some were $5 and $10. Maybe next time we go we will consider buying into more games. - Sometimes people call out BINGO but they have not won, they only think they won so do not put your cards in the trash until the dealer says that the game is over. - There are a lot of trash cans everywhere, the staff are friendly but if you have questions ask your neighbors at the table. If you see someone with a large dabber basked and about 10 to 15 dabbers, ASK THEM! they have been playing Bingo a long long time and everyone seems to be really happy to help answer questions to the newbies. They may even offer you some help if you don't ask just because they can see you do not know what you are doing. This is very much appreciated. - Some people buy 6 sheets or more, I would suggest for the first time, get 3 to 4 sheets (6 Bingo games Per Sheet!) and that will increase your odds of winning. This is a super fun event, go, enjoy, make friends, and do not expect to win, the experience alone is fun and if you win, than it is something you can say which most of the people who attend can't say. I've been coming here to Bingo for about 12 yrs. The entire BD staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love that they have morning bingo(M.TU.THURS. FRI) along with the usual evening sessions . There is a Subway located inside the bingo Hall if you get thirsty or get the munchies. Yay, I won a thousand dollar flash game - by myself! This was my first time here and I got really lucky. Didn't win anything else but I was on quite a few times for some regular games. The staff was helpful & friendly. I didn't know how to play a few games and the wandering flash sellers were more than happy to show me how. There is a Subway sandwich shop inside the hall! So much better than most of the halls that sell crappy overpriced food. The location is set in an industrial area and set back a bit. But the parking was plentiful and they had a security officer there. I suppose I could have asked him to escort me to my car to guard my big win but the place seemed pretty safe so I never asked. I noticed an extra room with a gaming area. I think they are similar to slot machines on computers. I thought those were outlawed a couple of years back but perhaps it's only good in certain counties. Thanks for the big win Blue Devils! I'll be back someday. read more

I haven't been to blue devils bingo in probably 20 years or more, not much has changed which was totally cool. I immediately missed the snack bar they used to have, because I'm not a fan of Subway... other than that it was a roaring great time and it was nice to meet new people who like to have good clean fun. We had so much fun playing BINGO on Saturday night. My fiance and I got the idea in our heads to find a place and we went here with a friend. She'd been before but it had been a long time. I checked the yelp reviews since their website didn't have a lot of info about cost and such. I hope to provide more than they do. We went at 7:30. We saw that 6:30 was earlybird. The hall was packed even though we though we were a little early. It was just as I expected. All sorts of people. Young & old; with teeth & without; some had bags to carry their daubing pens & some had set up troll dolls and hello kitty dolls around the area where they sat (!!) Interesting... When you arrive, you buy your book. (I posted a pic of all the games this includes for one person.) Sometimes you're looking at 6 cards at once and sometimes 9 but the numbers are called very slowly so you have a lot of time and don't feel rushed with this many cards at all. You also buy a daubing pen out of a vending machine for $1 or $2. We were told to buy two each because the pens will run out. We bought two $1 pens and even though my fiance's got low, it never ran out. It was $15 for one book. $25 if you're going to play two hands at a time. We each went with one, not knowing what to expect. Early bird games are included in this so if we had come earlier we would've played even more games. There are a lot of little side games (pull tabs and some other ones that they walk around selling for $1 to $3) we didn't buy any of these. though, there are some bonus games and we bought 3 of these at $5 each that are just like the regular BINGO games, but with prizes of $500-$1000. I was 1 number away from winning on one of these - didn't win but it was very exciting. Our games ended around 11:30 and they announced another group would be playing from midnight to 3:30 but we didn't want to stay that long. Lastly I'll touch on food. There's a Subway seller in the corner until 10pm (he left early Saturday night) :( but he had pre-made sandwiches for $4 and I had a bag of chips for $1 - he also sold drinks and cookies but the front of the room had a soda machine and Cokes were $1. Not bad. The lounge we sat in was clean. The main hall looked pretty clean. Bathrooms were very clean. And there's a covered patio outside for people who smoke. I believe numbers were announced out there too because people took their playing cards with them. It was so much fun ~ we can't wait to go back. ** We went back on a Thursday and it's a different pricing buy-in. It's $25 but you can play an unlimited number of hands. We thought we'd go with 4 but then saw some poeple with as many as 8. We definitely should've gotten more. Maybe not 8... but a couple more. My husband and I went to this Bingo establishment for the first time!! We decided to try the late night session on a Saturday night. We got there a little early which was a good thing because the parking lot was packed. Luckily we were near the front of the line to buy our cards, because it got pretty long. No matter where you sat there was a monitor on the wall making it very comfortable to see. I was completely amused by the set-up some players had. My husband decided to try the new handheld device to play while I chose the good 'ol fashion way and used the daubers. I did not win any money, but I'm ok with that. Where else can you go for $25.00 and be entertained for 3 hours? Probably my favorite feature of this bingo hall was that you are allowed to bring in outside food and drink. If you're going to have a no smoking policy inside the building (which includes e cigs) then please enforce it. I am here on Tuesday 1/20, there is a lady sitting behind me that has been smoking all night. Noone has said anything to her but there have been several complaints. Absolutely ridiculous that you have rules and don't enforce them. Everyone has been coughing all night. My lungs have been burning all night. I LOVE this hall! They have morning, evening, and midnight sessions during the week, so it fits all schedules. The ladies that work here are amazing! The prize pots are fairly hefty, ranging from $200 to 1199.00, and with special progressives that can go upwards of 5000. Its addictive, the cafe serves up really good vittles, and the players are all as nice as can be- I have been going there for years and never been shushed :)) but then maybe they dont shush the regulars LOL Be prepared to spend if you go, the side games are non-stop! read more

I have been there twice now once on a friday and once on a saturday. I have gone with my wife and her friend and we have had a great time. They have both won, me not yet. I must say the people watching is almost as fun as playing bingo itself. If you get a bit loud the shhhhh's start comming out i like that it makes me laugh plus I just tell them that sushing makes more noise than talking. If you have a few extra bucks give it a shot you will get hooked. On the wood meter I give it a 4 would be a 5 but hard to keep it up with sushing all around. read more

This is by far the best bingo hall I've ever been to! The people who run the games are very friendly and helpful and really patient with people! They have an awards system so that you will get free games when you add up the points. If it's your birthday, you get free play on regular session games, and you can go any day of your birthday month! Most of the other players have been friendly as well... it's a good environment during the times I have gone. I've only played the Blue Devils' sessions during the evenings, and once during the day. I haven't played late night in this hall, so I'm not sure if it's the same experience for that session. I really enjoy playing bingo, and since moving to the area, I was having a hard time finding a place convenient to me. I am so happy that I found the Blue Devils Bingo Hall!! read more

This bingo hall allows people to come in and buy pull tabs/flash when they are not paying bingo players. It is not fair to the paying bingo players. They win flash constantly which takes winnings away from paying players. No other bingo hall allows this to happen. This practice needs to STOP. read more

i went here to play my first "real" game of bingo last friday. we were there from 6 pm - midnight! whoa, marathon bingo sesh. it was awesome; everything i imagined a real live bingo hall would be. big, crowded, with flourescent lights, vending machines, irritated old people and some toothless, muttering wonders. i bought my "dabber" and settled in. i played 3 cards at a time. got shushed a few times when i tried to talk to my friends during the game. alas, we didn't win anything, but it was fun and addictive. definitely want to go back. read more

We took our special needs adult program today and they were so accommodating and helpful! They made our first bingo experience fantastic and everyone really wants to go back. Kim was so cool she helped explain how to play. We messed up and used the wrong color boards and she gave us new ones! Big room with lots of space. The people who played near us were really cool too. Went for the first time on New Years Eve. This was the worst experience playing bingo that I ever had...never going back again! Pros: - Close to home Cons: - Too many tables, so many people walking by that are constantly bumping into you - Games were too slow, we got there at 4pm and didn't leave until 3am. They were constantly playing "flash" games in between the regular games. After hounding people for 10 hours, at 2am they were still selling and playing flash games by themselves... never seen such greed... spent at least half the night waiting for flash games. - Timing of calls inconsistent, caller mumbled a lot, did not clearly explain what the next game was, plus they gave a bingo to a person who was late, the next number had already been called - When the Subway closed, there was no ice or water available - They served Texas back 40 BBQ, but ran out of chicken before everyone got a chance to eat... - Claim to have Wi-Fi but after connecting my device, no data sent... useless VacaValley in Vacaville and Florin Rd. Bingo in South Sacramento are much better choices... read more

I have yet to call out next number followed by B-I-N-G-O! I do enjoy this bingo hall. It can get pretty crowded if it's an all you can play night or payday. Get there early if you want to get a good seat! Parking is pretty easy but your best bet is to back into a spot as it's a crazy mad dash out of the parking lot when bingo is over. It's even more fun when you get a good group of fellow bingoer's at your table. But there can be shooshing if you get too loud, you also find yourself wanting to shoosh others when they are talking to loud also. People take their bingo very seriously! Went with a friend last Friday. We tried to be early but we just made it before the games started. We we able to find seats quick. Are neighbors were nice and helpful. Brought 1 pack of 15 games for $25, each games you would play 18 cards. You can purchase extra cards too. Staff would walk around and sell additional games (that's played along regular bingo games) odd names like Flaming Balls, Big Balls. Several years ago, I visited this bingo hall one evening. It was a little too fast-paced for me, so I didn't return, until recently. The recent fires in Napa and Sonoma Counties affected many aspects of life, including bingo. Not surprisingly, the local bingos were all closed So I took a chance and went to play on a Monday morning. I am glad I did! For one thing, the traffic is much lighter in the morning :) I got there right before they opened at 10:00 a.m. The lady working the counter was really helpful and pleasant, as were the people in line with me. The buy in was very reasonable. I bought four packs. They also have a set of quickies for extra, plus something I believe is called Double Up, sold at another counter. They also have U Pick Em, where you can choose your own numbers (they call it something else but I forget what exactly). They also sell flash. Plenty of flash! I liked that they sold a total of four guaranteed number games. My only quibble is that they play at least some of the flash along with the regular bingo games. It can be a little much to keep up with, especially as they have people selling other flash at the same time. However, that is their system and it does enable them to complete the morning session by around 1:30 p.m. There is a Subway within the hall. I had a bacon, egg and cheese on flatbread that was pretty good, plus a coffee. At break, I got a soda for $1 from a machine. There was plenty of seating to choose from. I got set several times (but alas did not win). However, I will be back for another morning session. If you are used to a slow paced bingo game, you may feel frustrated. However, if you didn't play the flash games and just concentrated on the paper bingo games, you should be just fine. read more

While generally my visits to BD Bingo in Suisun have been a positive experience, last nights (5/10/18) visit was less so. The last caller was incredibly boring, the dull monotone voice almost put me to sleep. I don't thing any reprimand is needed, just a reminder that everyone is there to have a good time and staff really helps keep the mood right. read more

First time playing bingo in California was here. I found it by accident trying to fimilarize myself with the surrounding locations. It was rather irritating listening to the people selling the cards shout out what they were selling every moment, but i guess thats how they sell them, im not sure. The prizes are great though, where i played they jackpots werent so high, that alone is enough to make me want to go back again. The chairs where awesome, very comfy, could use a little cleaning as well as the rest of the hall. But it did look like they were trying to fix it up. Cafe left a bit to be desired.
