The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

And after the party was over, with a blink of an eye, everything was all cleaned up. :) I find that it's difficult to find good customer service these days so I wanted to point out that the staff I've encountered were all REALLY friendly and I can't thank Melissa enough for a stress-free party. Appreciate their positive energy. I'd like to note that their policy allows for entrance 10m before party time, but not after? Strange. I had a 2-hour party and I believe it should have been strongly discouraged for a party of my size. I didn't anticipate how rushed it would feel, nor that overage time would be charged by the minute at the end. While I understand their policy and did read about it beforehand, I would have appreciated a clearer recommendation during our initial communications. Given the size of my party (and I had extra people I didn't expect to show up come), more time was realistically needed for setup and breakdown, and a heads-up from peek a boo team would have been helpful, as they are the professionals.

Only then was I told that no refund or credit would be issued due to their policy. While they repeatedly stated they "empathize" and agree that sick children should stay home, they still refused to offer any accommodation -- not even a credit -- and abruptly ended the conversation. I was also told comparisons like missing flights or Disneyland trips, which felt dismissive and irrelevant to a small, local children's play facility. I understand businesses have policies, but a children's business should also show compassion and common sense when illness is involved. This experience made it clear that customer service and flexibility are not a priority here. I would not recommend this place to other parents based on how this situation was handled.

I've been following Teeny Town on Instagram for a while, but we just had an opportunity to visit on a random Thursday morning. Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and I wish this business lot of ongoing success and possibly even an expansion.

When we entered, we checked in and was reminded about the socks and waiver. They have cubbies for shoes. When we entered the play area, there's definitely a lot of things to do. They have climbing structures, ball pits and activities for little kids. I do have to say this is probably tailored for smaller kids as I feel like someone who is taller may need to be extra careful not to hit their head. Some indoor play places I've been to have clearance for 5' but this place definitely does not. Although it feels big, it can feel very chaotic and crowded in there if it's during a public play hour. I felt like there were multiple birthday parties going on so there's a lot of kids. They have couple party rooms and it looks like there's flexibility for the host to bring in their own food/desserts. I also cannot recall if Enchanted Cosmos makes an announcement when it is time for the birthday party attendant to go to the party room or if this is the responsibility of the host. I also noticed during the party room, it wasn't staffed by an employee either. Overall, I think this is a fun place to throw a party for a little kid (early elementary school age).
