The food is your typical game food and snacks, easy to eat like a hot dog, fries and nachos, and of course it is pricy.

There are restrooms around every corner with multiple stalls, along with family & gender neutral restrooms. Seated inside, my vantage point was taken from the 200s section high up, where you can see all the screens but the court is further away. But with acoustics and views, it wasn't too bad and I was able to watch the game without any issues. Chase Center is beautiful and I can't wait to come back!

The line of cars went on forever. We finally got into the parking lot and got a spot. We got there 40 minutes before the concert started and it was that busy. We had paid for easy entry. When we got to the front of the line and asked where the easy entry line was, nobody knew LOL. Mind you it's 94 degrees outside and the line to get into the concert was getting extremely long. I went to the ticket booth and asked where the easy entry access was. They directed us to the VIP entry which was on the other side of the parking lot. We walked over there and sure enough, we were at the right place and walked right in, after showing our easy entry passes. They do require clear bags and some small wallet size purses of a specific dimension. Luckily we checked online the day before. That gave me time to buy a clear plastic purse from Target. The purse worked out perfectly. It was big enough to carry the essentials and small enough to wear crossbody. Our seats were amazing. We were in a the lower level of section 104 in the second row, and in the shade. It was so hot that day. I was so happy that we're in the shade. As the sun went down, the temperature dropped. But it was still a bit warm, even when we left. Sarah McLachlan was amazing. She sounded great and sang many of her older songs, that we all know, as well as some new ones from her latest album. She put on a fantastic show. She is so talented and has a beautiful voice. I think the next time we want to see a concert here, I will try to find something in the spring or fall. The summer heat was brutal, but we still enjoyed ourselves. We also brought neck fans with us, that I purchased on Amazon, and that helped some. I noticed other people had them too.

Toyota Pavilion At Concord…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Toyota Pavilion on July 31, 2026 for the Lil Wayne concert. I purchased two concert tickets and a Premier Parking Pass specifically to ensure smooth access to the event. I arrived well in advance of the show only to be told by venue staff that the Premier Parking lot was completely full and could not accommodate pass holders. General parking was also full. As a result I was unable to park my vehicle and could not attend the concert at all. The venue oversold Premier Parking passes without having the capacity to honor them. This is unacceptable and frankly deceptive. I paid for a service that was never delivered and as a direct consequence lost the value of both my parking pass and my concert tickets through absolutely no fault of my own. When I contacted Ticketmaster for a refund I was repeatedly denied and deflected despite this being a clear case of non-performance. The parking refund was eventually processed which is an acknowledgment that something went wrong -- yet the ticket refund was denied. I also called and emailed the box office and they denied the refund as well. I am now pursuing a complaint with the California Attorney General and considering small claims court. Toyota Pavilion needs to take responsibility for overselling parking and failing to deliver services paid for by customers. I would strongly caution anyone attending future events here to reconsider purchasing Premier Parking as there is no guarantee it will be honored.

Parking = $20-100 for events. Plenty of street metered parking for $25, only 2 blocks away. If you preorder your parking, you can get it for $22. Decent amounts of food and drink options. Service - Security was smooth. Long lines but quick. Ushers were friendly. The men's room had an attendant, so clean. But mostly everything is self service. Glad someone opened the emergency exits, because thousands of people waiting to go down an escalator would have taken us over an hour! Price - Depending on your seats. My daughter waited until the last second and got discounted seats + parking, dinner, gas, toll, etc. totalled $200 for our father daughter date. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2016. Even after 10 years of success, your arena still looks new.

Went 2x recently, for the Sacramento Kings Draft Party, and day 1 of the Summer League…read more Located downtown Sacramento, there are plenty of options for parking, most are parking garages within short walking distance, or there is some metered parking that may require a little longer and more adventurous walk to stadium. There is a strict bag policy so be sure to read up on it if you are taking in an event so as not to delay your entry. Going through security is easy enough, voth security. And the ticket scanner/door workers are always pleasant and efficient in processing you into the arena. Both the draft party, and summer league were informal, so most tickets were general admission and your were free to sit almost anywhere(barring the first 3 or 4 rows). (The draft party initially only had 5-7 sections open , but as the crowd grew closer to draft, more sections were opened . There were a few basic concessions open, for water, beer, hot dogs, chicken fingers, pizza, and a few of the other stands. Not all concessions that are normally open for concerts or regular season games were open, but was able to get chicken strips that were pretty good in quantity, and quality with fries and a beer. All in all, was a fun time, and a nice arena.

Opened in 1941, the Cow Palace has hosted everything from livestock shows and rodeos to political conventions, legendary concerts, and major sporting events. The Beatles played here. The Warriors once called it home. It is one of those venues that just feels historic the moment you walk in. Came here recently for the Guy Fieri Super Bowl Tailgate and it was awesome. The event staff were very organized and things ran smoothly, which is impressive given the size of the crowd. Plenty of space, easy flow, and great energy throughout. Such a classic big Bay Area venue. Old school in the best way. Always a fun experience coming back here.

Purchasing merch wasn't too bad, there was a trailer towards the back of the line and it was super quick. The staff were really nice in letting me hold the merch to see how sizing was. We got here at around door opening time, and it took us probably about an hour to actually snake around and make it to the front. Along the way, there were a lot of people breaking down the gates to cut people AND us. Other people also took the opportunity to just push through when someone even opened the gates a bit to adjust it...it was actually really aggressive and rude behavior from ravers. At the front, other ravers were also just bolting from the snaking line to the entrance. The whole time we were in line, I was seriously concerned for fights breaking out or a crowd crush because of course everyone was drunk or on drugs, and just pushing and cutting. Seems like the experience I had might have been more tame than ISOxo that just happened a few months before. Once we got in, if you wanted to be on the floor level, you had to get a wristband. Messaging was confusing because I thought floor level wristbands were running low. Even here, ravers were trying to cut. It was so obnoxious. Staff seemed to not care or had no way of controlling them. Lines to the bathroom were long, but moved fairly fast. We were trying to be strategic about the time we went to the bathroom during the early acts versus the main act (Gryffin). Because it was so crowded, we didn't really have an opportunity to get food. Once you're in the floor level, there's opportunities to buy alcohol. When we tried to get to the floor level, there were maybe 4-5 security people checking wristbands, but people were hopping over walls and such, so they couldn't really enforce people having wristbands. If you leave the floor to go to the bathroom, you can't easily walk back inside, so you had to endure going through the security screening for wristbands again. Despite security not being able to enforce wristbands, thankfully the floor was not completely full. Something that I noticed on the floor was that all the people who were tall or had large fans obscuring the view for people behind them, were located towards the center line, so it was way better to be left or right of center. If you go towards the back, there's also way more space to stand and breathe, as well as get a better view. The lights were amazing, sound was very good and loud, and the production was fantastic by Gryffin. Leaving for us was fairly easy, since we booked it once the set was over. They had clear markings for exiting the parking lot. Unfortunately parking was ~$30-40. There wasn't really anyone to organize people when we entered, people just kinda zoomed in/cutting as well. Overall, Gryffin had a great set but this venue is pretty bad as social media portrays it. To be honest, it's probably more of the crowds. Not sure if I'd really want to see any acts here in the future.

First Review was a two based on the fact that Beer was not served at the Arena, i don't know of many college venues that do serve beer. his second objection was to the quality of the food at the concession stand. Had he checked he would have found that the dogs and polish are the same as served at most bay area sports venues, and not at 5 or 6 bucks like most bay area venues. Second reviewer problem was with a the size of the arena, and b, the price of food at the concessions. On the first point, look at the cracker jack boxes some of the bay area college teams play in. On the second point, if you want a Costco hot dog, go to Costco. If you go to a sports event, expect to pay sports arena prices, which Spanos compares pretty well on. The facility is a first class place to enjoy a game at, with excellent sight lines, easy access, and reasonable parking for proximity to the center. Add the fact that most events are free to kids under twelve with an adult and it makes it a pretty sweet deal.

I learned the hard way that you can't just pay on the day. I ended up paying $50 at 72 Mission Rock Street, San Francisco, CA, which was a bit steep, but it's San Francisco, so that's to be expected. Concession prices were also pretty high. A sandwich was over $20, and my partner's beer was $22. Despite the cost and the parking hassle, the overall experience was fantastic. We were all the way up at the top (free tickets from work), but the view was still amazing. Eating peanuts and soaking in the live game was just so much better than watching on TV. As someone not super into sports, I learned so much and truly enjoyed it. I'm already looking forward to coming back for more games!

In the beginning, the security and parking were awful, but during my most recent visits for concerts, it was a breeze going through security (of course ensuring that all guidelines were met) and scanning my tickets. The staff were friendly and wished my group a good time and that the concert was about to start and we didn't miss anything. There is a variety of food stands to choose from; however, it would be better if they offered a few other types rather than the standard hot dog/fries/tenders booths. Pricing is okay, not great, but it's within the "new normal" range in the Bay Area. The bathrooms are relatively clean and toilets have automatic flushing. While there may be a long line out the door, just know that there are a lot of stalls inside the restroom and it actually goes by pretty quickly. If you're planning to visit Levi's for an event, make sure you know where to park and plan your travel accordingly as freeways and streets get congested and slow. Overall, Santa Clara does a decent job of handling the traffic on the streets than when they first opened so the flow moves pretty well. If you can park further away and walk, that will save you a lot of money. Lastly, if you are attending a concert in the evening or watching a game, bring a light jacket or sweatshirt as it can get windy/breezy within the stadium seats.
