After searching many online and BBB reviews of tree service companies, I called Floran Tree…read moreService. I spoke with Ricardo on the phone. Ricardo set an appointment to come look at the two enormous trees in our front yard. We had been given previous quotes for service that were simply preposterous. Ricardo arrived on time, introduced himself and got right to business. We spoke about the trees, and he was able to provide us with a quote that was immediately accepted. He even supplied us with his company's Certificate of Insurance that day. A few days later, Floran Tree Service began work, with an impressive crew. Did I mention, these were really big and very old trees? Like acrobats, the men climbed, tied off, cut and lowed the massive limbs. They then chopped them up and fed them into the chipper. They even used mini-skids to remove the largest pieces into their large trailer. After a full day (9am-6pm) there were barely 2 stumps and some large slices of tree left. Since they made such quick and professional work of the massive trees; we had them quote a 3rd tree in our backyard that has been a leaf factory. After a nice weekend off, the crew and Ricardo arrived on Monday, polished off the stumps in the front yard and then devoured the medium sized tree in our backyard (not getting but a few twigs and leaves in our pool, which were easily scooped out). Floran Tree Service expertly removed our trees, cleaned up the area and deserve the 5 Star review that we are leaving. (Side note - Our less than neighborly neighbor wrote a scathing review of Floran Tree Service. They were NOT clients of Floran Tree Service, but looking, most likely, for some free work. This was all from 2 water bottles that just happened to be accidentally left just barely on her yard and a few small twigs. Her unhinged rant at ME the day after the initial cutting, just proved that some people are forever victims. BTW, she threw the "debris" onto my yard, and I simply threw it away. Sadly pathetic and mostly childish behavior from the neighbor). I would 100% and wholeheartedly refer Floran Tree Service to ANY of my friends, and even to my detractors (they're that good).
