Very stressful experience…read more Preview: I needed to relieve months of stress with a relaxing massage instead it was a cold room, disruptive, noisy and the masseuse rushed, pounded on the same area I was tired of, she shortened the time suppose to be an hour to accumulative 45 minutes -- which she made sure was she was paid in advance for an hour of work she did not complete. She did not give a good massage. Details... Poor customer service: She kept talking to her coworker, leaving the room multiple times during massage with door wide open while I'm exposed face down and vulnerable listening to her talking to whoever walked in. Inappropriate contact: During massage she would allow her body parts to be against me. Uncomfortable Environment: You could hear noise in other rooms and noise at the front entrance. Cold air was blowing on me while on massage table and I said I was cold, she left and came back. Still cold air blowing on me. Everytime she left me alone during massage to attend to someone else who walked in I was uncomfortably exposed half naked on the table with her leaving door open. Audacity: She directly asked for tip after the traumatic, rushed, incomplete massage. Sum it up... I would've rather taken 30 minute option wanting more IF it would be a quality experience rather than leave with 60minutes of never wishing I came here. Extra info (Before arrival): 5:40pm Called the place asking for first available time, options and cost. On short notice. They said they can do it at 6pm for 1 hour at $60/person or 30minutes $40/per. The place was clean, quiet and staff was friendly and professional and the price highly reasonable where I have payed almost double the amount at other massage parlors. It was my very first experience with a massage expert. I walked away feeling so great I recommended Wendy to my wifey who has some ongoing physical issues. However, I've begun developing a few issues of my own and expect to begin visiting myself, more often. From the Wifey: I've been a client of Wendy's for several years now. In fact, I followed her from her previous employer, to this location (her own place). Not exactly sure how many times I've seen her over the years. I'm the type person that goes when I have a ache or pain, not just for a relaxing massage. I've suffered from sciatic issues and lower back compressed vertebrae for years.
