I came in the day after Black Friday. I was scheduled last minute with Tom. I opted for a hot stone deep tissue massage with CBD and essential oils. Came in and laid down and relaxed with the music that was at just the right volume. I was given a full sectional muscle relaxing massage, then moved into deep tissue before being given my hot rock massage. I suffer from COPD, severe asthma and other medical issues. This massage and with Tom was just the right thing to move the fluid in my lungs around enough to breathe clearly and be able to loosen up problem areas I wasn't even aware of! I will be booking a family session in the next few weeks and will be becoming a regular! First time here. Going to return for sure! The masseuse,Naomi, was skilled and found areas I didn't know were tight. The technique was different from other massages I was covered for the first part and then skin to skin the second half. The hot stones were amazing! Threw in 15 minute reflexology which was again well done. One comment, the room was fairly noisy. Paid extra for deep tissue. Which consisted of an elbow basically in my spine. Certainly this man will find my muscles soon. Whoever gave me my massage did not know what they were doing! Didn't take pride in the service and gave me a massive headache basically digging his thumbs into my scalp. Callused hands didn't make things any better. We made an appointment and they help us in the room for 15 minutes. I've had deep tissue before and it wasn't an elbow the entire time. Groupon price is the same as they charge when you get there so it's not a deal. There is no way the person who gave me my massage is certified in ANYTHING pertaining to a massage. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! How dare they ask for a tip all over the business and verbally mention it after the massage. read more

Went in yesterday for a couples massage. I got lost and was 15 minutes late. They didn't make a big deal out of it and didn't rush our massage or shorten it. We got a full hour with hot stones and full body massage. These ladies are so good at what they do. I've been to massage envy and other places but this place is a hidden gem. Don't let the decor deter you , it is a little out of date. I'm very picky about the pressure being light so I'm not sore the next day and it was perfect. read more

Purchased off of Groupon. Staff was polite, and establishment was clean, however it was just not the ambiance for a couples massage, and I never felt I was able to truly relax. My masseuse did not ask any input on what kind of touch I like. At one point I must have dozed off, because when I woke up and kicked my foot the guy was sitting on the massage table as well. We both wanted firm massages, and the massages weren't bad, we were both just kind of surprised that two male masseuses walked in and gave us massages. My masseuse sounded congested and it kind of threw the whole vibe off. I feel like they need to ask you if you have a preference on the gender of the masseuse seeing that getting a massage is a pretty intimate activity. I went to Healing Spa for the first time a year ago, and had an amazing experience! I even purchased massages for my daughter and her friend as a Groupon gift, as I was impressed with their massages. On August 17, I decided to purchase another for myself and my daughter on Groupon. Groupon had a great sale, with additional savings, so I got them at a decent price. My daughter had her massage done the next day. Today, I went to view my voucher, as I wanted to call and set an appt for mine (expiration Dec 2022). However,discovered that mine was refunded on August 29. I didn't understand why, so contacted Groupon customer service to receive news that the merchant was undergoing some circumstances, so decided to refund the amount I paid. What makes no sense is that they are still listed on Groupon, but are not accepting any promo additional savings. They could have least honored any vouchers already purchased under the sale. It just seems like a very unprofessional way to handle business...not a good way to retain customers. I am very disappointed! read more

I was promptly reported to the massage table for the session to begin. The entire place was clean and comfortable. My massage therapist was awesome. Hands sent from heaven. I purchased a 60 hot stone massage. I have never been to get a massage where I wasn't asked about problem areas or any questions for that matter. She started off massaging me through a towel for about 10 mins. Then spend the next 40 just massaging my back. The hot stone were added only at the very end. Only about 2 minutes on arms and legs. Once I was done and ready to leave she demanded a tip. I will NEVER go back. read more

I took a chance going here for a massage because it seemed like they were a fairly new business, but I'm glad I did! I'm a mom of three toddlers and they keep me very busy, so it's nice to go relax once in awhile. This place was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the atmosphere was perfect. I even showed up 20 minutes before my appointment time and she got me right in! My experience was great, the lady giving me my massage asked me questions in the beginning to see if I had any problem areas or if she needed to be firmer or easier. It was nice to get that out of the way and it was quiet and peaceful for the rest of my massage! I'm a huge one when paying for a service to make sure you get what you want. The lady made it very easy! I really appreciated that the room wasn't heavily scented. I've gone into other places for a massage and my nostrils get assaulted by oil diffusers or lavender scents. I get physically ill from smelling too much lavender, weird I know, but it's awful to me! So I was glad that wasn't an issue. The one minor complaint I have was that my feet did get a little cold when the AC would turn on. Again, I'm weird and like to be super warm all the time. I love the sun and summer time lol. I'm still giving them 5 stars though because everything else was awesome! The staff was so friendly, I really enjoyed my experience! My girlfriend and I came few months back for couples massage and it was amazing. We got Tom and I believe it was Lisa? I'm not sure but if I get the name wrong, I will edit this review. Anyway, Tom was amazing with his massage but Lisa was ok. But the worst part was that Lisa stopped us from leaving and asked for a tip. As far as I know, tips are not required but greatly appreciated... right? Well, we weren't satisfied with Lisa's massage so there was no need to tip her. We have a tip to Tom and specifically said "This is for Tom" and she snatched the cash and demanded more while pointing at Tom... so pretty much she took Tom's cash tip and asked us to give more to Tom. The whole interaction was unprofessional and very unpleasant and rude. Tom even told Lisa that it's not necessary to do all that but she just ignored him to a point where he apologized to us for this unfortunate situation and left to the back. Yet Lisa even shoved a QR code of cashapp and zelle to make it cashless in case we don't have cash?? Overall, it was unprofessional of Lisa to force us to tip. We have friends and families that wanted to go from our recommendation for Tom but I will tell them to look else where. If you want to go, ask for Tom or David. I've heard good reviews about David. Again, I will find out the name of the masseuse that was very disrespectful. If it's not Lisa, then I'll for sure delete this and re-write the review with a correct name. If you still see this review, then it's definitely LISA! so stay away from her and chose Tom or David. Trust me, you'll want to tip Tom or David because they're just so good! read more
