Well totally not my experience. I was greeted IMMEDIATELY & directed to sign in on the kiosk and pick my color .Then I was to go sit..a very professional woman did my nails , exactly as I requested. She even suggested a different color then i originally wanted & it looked great.. the lady who took my payment was super friendly & welcomed me to come back . the place is HUGE,clean & had many staff available to service u..I had zero issues . The price seemed pretty much the same as other places .I do lik my nails pretty basic but my nails look GOOD .

Shortly after, a white woman and her daughter came in requesting a pedicure for the mother and acrylic tips for the daughter. They were immediately helped. When I asked why they were being taken before me, I was told that all of the technicians who do acrylic were with clients. However, while I was still waiting, another white woman and her daughter came in requesting a polish change and a fill-in -- and they were also taken before me. At that point, it became clear that I was being overlooked. I decided to leave. Only then did one of the technicians offer to fix my nail, and another receptionist apologized. The original receptionist who told me no one was available said nothing. There were Black women in the salon receiving services, so clearly money is accepted from everyone -- but my experience made me feel invisible and dismissed. Being passed over multiple times, while being told something that was clearly not true, felt discriminatory and disrespectful. No one should feel ignored or treated differently in a place where they are spending their money. I will not be returning.

I purchased a voucher after carefully reading the fine print. Leslie had not said anything about…read moreinviting new clients only, but that didn't stop her from saying she would not honor the voucher unless I paid full price. After I got the voucher, I scheduled an appt. and it was confirmed. She cancelled the day before and I was instructed to reschedule. Nothing was open for another month, but I did reschedule. That was never confirmed, so I tried contacting her over 3 weeks with no response. Finally, on the 4th try, she responded to my text. After wasting all these weeks of my time,she informed me that I would have to pay full price since I had been there before. She refused to honor the voucher though it was her fault that she didn't say 'new clients only' in the small print. I told her I would call Groupon ( to get my money back) and she went ballistic. She actually threatened to turn me in to Groupon and said that they can bar me from using them again. The honest thing to do would have been to honor the voucher, since the situation resulted from her error. She then went on a rant about how I was a difficult person and I was trying to bully her into taking the voucher and if I contacted her again it was harrassment. There are too many good massage therapists out there to put up with this dishonesty and craziness.
