I was just frustrated with no real answers to some stomach issues I had been experiencing when I walked into Be Balanced on a whim. I have struggled with my weight most of my life and tried about 70% of the weight loss plans out there. Most of them worked for me when I FOCUSED on what I was supposed to do. But the weight would eventually come back after a while. I always thought, "well I did it once, I can do it again." Fast forward 30 years and the weight is not as easy to lose. When I learned about this program, I was intrigued. I wanted to lose weight but didn't want to inject myself with anything. I was hopeful about the natural weight loss. So I visited the Woodland Hills location and had wonderful time with Saundra. What really got me highly interested was the information, healthy living, clean eating and how to keep the weight off. Not just losing it. I am in week three of the maintenance part and I am down 20 pounds. I appreciate that Saundra is there whenever I call to answer any questions and guide me on the right path.
