Joe did an amazing job inspecting our new house. He was punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable and just kind. But most importantly, he was VERY thorough with the inspection. He is very detail oriented and caught even the smallest details of the house. He took his time to deliver the best possible report. Mind you it was a big house and he didn't rush at all. After the inspection was done he made sure to explain every single item for me, even the ones I didn't fully understand he enlightened me.
