During today's drop-off, one of my dogs slipped out of her collar, pushed the door open, and ran into the parking lot. She was scared and could have easily been hit by a car or seriously hurt. I had to chase her down myself while panicking, and no one stepped in to help or acknowledged what was happening. What made this worse was how the situation was handled afterward. There was NO apology, no concern for my dog's safety, and no accountability. When I brought it up at pickup, the woman at the reception desk was dismissive and defensive, saying it wasn't her fault and that she didn't need to apologize. I was also told this has happened with other clients' dogs, which is very concerning.

I like that I can view her calendar and see which dates are available before I send a request, and double-check if I already booked ahead for any trips. She also posts updates any time they will be closed or busy holiday weekends are coming up. Her prices are reasonable, similar to what I was paying the previous sitters. Jordin's very sweet with the cats, diligent about bringing in mail, emptying the litter tray, feeding the girls and all of that.
