I love their new system that can text and email you reminders about your appointments and they use Otto Vet app in which you can view any upcoming appointments, pet info like vaccines, prescriptions, set up appointments and much more. In addition, there were no signs of hostility or distress of any of the dogs waiting in kennels to be groomed. I have a long haired dachshund and for the most part I groom her at home, but there are certain things I will not do like cut her nails or hair. I noticed Lily's hair was getting very long and bothered her when she "self groomed" herself. I remembered that Arevalo's was in town and they didn't seem overbooked like the previous place in Kingsburg was (2-3 weeks out). Any who, I called and was able to set up and appointment within a few days and was given a specific time for drop off. When I arrived I noticed again how tranquil the other doggies were. They were just chillin' looking at the passersby, and even my Lily girl seemed relaxed. She did not cry or panic at this new place. The lady groomers were all very delicate and nice when approaching her. They went over what kind of cut I wanted and how much I wanted off in certain areas and kept in mind that she was supposed to have longer hair than most dogs. When I picked her up she was so adorable. She smelled so fresh and so clean and was wearing a cute bandanna around her neck. She was also very happy.
