The 7x14 individual kennels are very clean and temperature controlled. The atmosphere is calm and looks and feels like a happy place. The other animals who were already on site appeared without any distress whatsoever. They adhere to very specific business hours: M-F = 8:30a-12p & 4p-5:30p, Sun = 9a-11a & 4p-5p. Current vaccine records are required. You can bring a dog bed if you'd like (I would highly suggest to bring one so your pet is cozy) or the kennels are concrete flooring. Bringing your pet's toys, food, treats, food bowl are optional. We brought all of the above to ensure our pets "norm" didn't feel too different while she was there. The staff takes exceptional care of all of your pets items. We could clearly see how happy our dog was staying there. She even seemed a little sad to be home and not continuing her one time journey out and about as a big girl on her own lol Needless to say, we will definitely use them again in the future. She is a life saver and I had peace of mind that she was able to have Oliver stay with her. She sent a couple of videos and he was so happy running around and playing. Our little terrier Lily is a rescue and is not fond of strangers or other people outside of my wife or myself. She warmed up to the woman almost right away. Sent us a video of her playing with another visiting dog and showed how happy she was. We were super happy with the end result. We picked her up and she was as happy as can be. The woman who owns the location has a strong no-nonsense kind of personality. She is there for the animals. Not us. Honestly, we liked that. She knows her stuff and even gave us advice on some things for our pup we had not thought of. She truly cares about the animals. She is the best sitter we could imagine. Just don't waste her time. She gives it to all the pets.
