From the tasting prior to the wedding day, to the actual day of, everything was flawless. As as girlie who likes to eat and was worried I wouldn't get to taste the food on the wedding day, they made sure to have dedicated individuals who made sure we had plenty to eat and a drink in hand. Once I found her, simple questions like 'where do I put the cupcakes' and 'what time does the event start' were met with cold, short replies from Angie. She asked why the cupcake boxes weren't labeled and I told her my client did not request it, I was only told to make the cupcakes and deliver them. The flavors were pretty obvious but I wrote them down anyway. She then implied that I wasn't prepared, again in a condescending tone. Certainly not how I wanted to be treated after spending 6 hours making cupcakes! I was actually considering having an event here, but if I have to deal with Angie I definitely won't be booking them.

Trish was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the year my family had the misfortune of working with her. She would put unauthorized charges on our invoice and when asked about these additional charges she responded with an attitude, cutting the conversation short saying she would give us a call back about it(which she never did). A week before the event, she called us to confirm details: the name and the age of the birthday person, and somehow, after telling her the correct information on the call(which is also the invoice) she managed to get the age wrong. All of this with no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. However, the catering staff did an excellent job and were very kind, which was unfortunately overshadowed by the indecorum of Trish. Although Trish did a great job on the decorations, I would absolutely not recommend booking with her due to the amount of unprofessionalism we experienced.
