We hired Argelia 2 years in advance of our June 12, 2021 wedding day because I was sooo antsy to start planning and getting all the big ticket items and preferred vendors out of the way and not be disappointed if a certain venue/vendor wasn't available. Argelia was super accommodating and responsive to our interests and wants. She helped us find all of our vendors (i.e. cake/desserts, wedding dress stores, venue, photographer, videographer, etc), which was awesome because we did not have to spend time doing any of the research. The planning process was sooo smooth and efficient and fun because of Argelia's hard work and attention to detail! There was a hiccup one month before our wedding where our initial venue cancelled on us at such a short notice. We were not stressed at all because we had full faith that Argelia would be there to support us in this challenge. She made us feel confident and comfortable with the last minute venue change. We were at ease. During our big day, Robert and I were not stress at all since Argelia coordinated everything and told us where to go and where to be. She made sure we were fed and always had a drink in our hand. She was very attentive to our needs even though we didn't ask for anything. We really really appreciate her! Even our guests complimented us on how fun, smooth, well organized and planned our wedding was! Our guests even notice how chill and calm Robert and I were before the big day because everything was all set and ready to go. She made our wedding day the best day of our lives! She will be our forever coordinator/decorator for any future events we will plan!

The day of the grad party, Erika and her assist, Suzy, arrived on time and ready to set up. We had ordered: entrance signage and balloons out front of the venue, five balloon bunches as table toppers, a large gold ring w/ balloons and a cream lounge chair, I even ordered tablecloths for the dining tables from Erika. The balloon gold ring back drop (for the photo ops) was SO adorable, everyone loved it. The table balloon bunches were perfect on the dining tables and the ribbons too, on the bunches were beautiful, many strings of ribbon and bows. It was beyond perfection and made the room so adorable. Erika and Suzy also came back after the party was over and gathered their items and helped tear down the balloons, which I really appreciated. Their customer service is fantastic :) A huge shoutout to the delivery team as well; the young men who dropped everything off were professional and made the drop off/pickup easy, calling with status updates and well ahead of time. We had a few conference calls to make sure I was on track and that everything was in place with the vendors and wedding day, but the real test came when it was the day of the rehearsal. When she introduced herself, she let everyone know that if they had any questions, to ask them at the end so that we could get through everything quicker. I'm all for that, but how about pause a few times in case anyone does have a question. The rehearsal should start with how the wedding day is going to pan out. From beginning to end. She wanted to start with the end then move to the beginning then move back to the end. Then when all of the bridal party were walking down the aisle, they went one by one, when I had discussed with her several times that they would be ushered down as I wanted them to have some stability going down on the grass in heels. The week of the wedding, my vendors were in constant contact with me, rather than Michelle because they were confused as to what was supposed to happen. They were also in contact with me to see if I needed any help or just to see how I was doing. I never even received ONE call from Michelle. So on the wedding day, the processional order went wrong. She had no idea what she was doing. My other wedding vendors had to fill her void and all of my family and friends commented on how horrible her demeanor was, how unprofessional and inconsiderate she was. I liked her when I interviewed her, but she was also on the less expensive side compared to the other wedding planners. Like my mom always says, you get what you pay for. I would've rather not had a wedding planner at all than to have hired her.
