Lovely atmosphere, beautiful clean space, and great service from Trianna today! I will definitely be returning. I was offered water multiple times, so customer service was on point, as well. I am not sure why there are a few very bad reviews here. They have 4.9 stars via Google reviews with more reviews there. They are only a few months old, so they might have needed to work out some kinks or switch up some staff. I will see Triana again just to be safe. (Or another salon sent in some folks to leave bad reviews, lol) I was told that if I had any chips in my gel or dip, I could return within 7 days, and they would fix them for free. The salon is beautiful and large with many chairs! Tommy welcomed me and was very professional. I was offered water right when I came in and sat in a massage chair for a few minutes while waiting for my pedicure chair to have water in the bowl. Amazing pedicure by Jason (not sure of spelling). I did the milk & honey pedicure and was very impressed. He did an amazing job getting all my dead skin and cuticles off. I would request him when I go again. The only thing I would suggest is a public guest Wi-Fi that doesn't require a password or make the password more known. I didn't have cell service in there. Tommy (owner) can't accept any complaints i.e. not happy with the end result. He belittled my knowledge of nails and talked so disrespectful to me, then refused to finish any type of service. I am beyond pleased with the service, efficiency and how I was treated calling an hour before they closed, as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I didn't feel as if I was inconveniencing anyone by calling last minute, the man who answered my call was so kind and I did ask if it was ok that I walk in on such short notice just to respect the technicians and their time. My nail technician listened to what I wanted which was a classic French , dip with extension tip. Its not my favorite to sit during any appointments since I have a baby I'm always rushing to do anything which makes self care a little difficult for me. However, Jason was so efficient and did my nails beautifully; he did a perfect square look which is exactly what I asked for without specifying how square I wanted them, he just knew. This was my first time coming to this establishment I will definitely be back, I've already pre - booked online with my nail technician Jason. I had a wonderful, calming, relaxing experience. Wish I could give a negative star. Went there about a week ago and had my nails done by Cindy. I told her that my nail on my thumb was peeling up and she goes "oh I fix it" guess it was my fault because I did not say anything when she finished and had not fixed it. Yesterday my nail snapped. I went in today to have it fixed signed into their system and was told "we will be right with you". I sat down and proceeded to wait. After 20 plus minutes of waiting was told again "we will be right with you". So again I proceeded to wait to have them come back to me another 20 plus minutes later to say the SAME thing AGAIN. It was NOT my fault my nail broke and honestly would not have taken long to fix my nail. I waited for an hour before the last time they came over and told me that they would be right with me, I finally asked how much longer and was told not sure we had people with appointments. I understand people having appointments but would not have taken long to fix ONE nail. This is very depressing seeing as it is 2 minutes from my house and loved going here when Vivian was here but seems like service has gone downhill since she left. Go here at your own risk! read more

Lots of pretty fluff. They offer snacks and lemonade. But that's just to deflect from the poor service. I made appointments for 2 people. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting to be taken. In the meantime they took multiple people ahead of me and my friend. Then I got a pedicure where I had to ask 3 times for the technician to use the pumice on my heels. When he finally did it he barely used it and just swept over my heels quickly one time with no pressure applied. After the pedicure, my heels looked exactly like they did before I got a pedicure. Then... I got my nails done with gel manicure. . The worst gel manicure I have ever received!!!!!! The next day I left for Florida. My nails started chipping that day!! So one day after mani pedi I started having chipping issues. I went thru my whole trip with chipped nails after paying almost $100 for mani pedi at this salon. After my trip I went into the salon to show the manager Tommy my nails. He said they would repair the chips. I told him I do not want that and would prefer a refund since I am not happy with their services. He told me they have a no refund policy and told me it had been 2 weeks since my manicure. It had actually been 7 days. I even had a picture of my nails with date from day after manicure was done showing the chipping. They clearly use the cheapest of cheap nail polishes. I did not recognize any of the name brands. I get gel manicures regularly and have NEVER had chipping issues. In fact, my gel manicures usually last 3-4 weeks with no issues. Tommy tried to tell me my mani is chipped because my nails were "probably peeling". I will assure you my nails are NOT peeling. Lastly, if you want to tip anyone you can't add it to you credit card. If you don't have cash they write down the technicians personal phone number and ask you to zelle them the tip from your personal number. That is ridiculous. They clearly didn't think anything through before opening. Don't be fooled by the "fluff" and offerings of lemonade and snacks. There are a many other nail salons nearby that are nice, personable, do a good job and use high quality products!!!!! If I could have given 0 stars or negative stars to this nail salon I would have!!!!!!!!! read more

Watched this place as they worked to remodel the space and couldn't wait for it to open- it was beautiful! Went for a pedicure with my daughter before our vacation, and while the experience was nice, the work was not. My white polish was chipping off within a day or two. A week into it, I had polish left on less than half my toes. Hers was the same. I ended up paying for another pedicure in Florida, a day after I got there, which has stayed on perfect for two weeks. I think they try to be upscale, but use cheap polish. They also show a beautiful bar area, with wine and other beverages, but didn't offer us so much as a water during our hour there. I wanted to love this place, but it is all just for looks. I'll continue to drive to Jazza in Warrenville. read more

This is the worse no chip and pedi job I've ever had. I understand if its 2-3 fingers with bad paint job but not on all of them and the trimming was horrible as well you could see it on all of my cuticles. I thought it was only the hands, when I got home I saw all my toenails was cut so unevenly, like on all of them, and the paint job was not neatly done too. Okay. This place is beautiful and some of the people are super nice. But. False advertisement from the start. They lure you in with a sign that says grand opening and offers to match what you spend on a gift card for a future time. There was 5 of us and none of us will return. They severely up charge their "custom" work. My mom was charged 12$ for glitter polish on the tip of her nails because it looked "ombré". It didn't. My sister was charged 15$ for her "custom" mind you- the lady did what she wanted. When you do someone's nails- you need to tell them about what they plan on charging you for it. Nail design in the past- was like 2$ a finger. So then let's go to me. I showed her a picture I wanted like glitter French tips with a couple snow flakes. And I wanted them short.. she told me no they have to be long. And then got out powders and didn't even do the color I asked for. Made the snowflakes so big, I can't even file my nails down. Besides my pinky. She charged me 20$. Then my daughter. Whose nails look Soo basic but pretty. But they charged her 35$ for "custom" design and my nails have more detail than hers. They over charged us 82$$ for "custom" design which they didn't even tell us. You never over charge people like that and then laugh when we're upset about it. Not to mention- we still want our gift card. The guy that kept walking around doing nothing told us that it shows that the sign states the gift cards are for the date of the grand opening. I took a picture. It doesn't state that at all. They have false advertising and they severely up charge everything. After speaking to everyone. We just want a refund for this experience.
