The service was horrible!!!!! I had an appointment to have a manicure and pedicure prior to going on vacation. The pedicure was ok except the polish on my toes was messy and on my skin they didn't clean it up. They started the manicure and started to rush so much that while filing my nails she cut 2 of my fingers enough to draw blood. Another person came in and she went to take care of them and said someone would continue mine soon I waited 40 min. And nothing! She then came back and was again rushing. She had all my nails in different shapes some rounder then others. Her son then tried to make them more even and said they were really busy that day. I don't believe that's a good excuse for such poor service 3 days later the polish was chipped off!!! read more

This manicure is well over a week old and I'm not easy on my hands. I'm constantly cleaning, cooking, washing dishes, washing kids, you name it. Not very often do you find a place that does no chip manicures with NO cracking, no peeling, and no chipping whatsoever at the tops by this point. Jenny did my no chip, she does awesome manicures. Ben,Hannah, and Jessica are amazing at acrylic nails, and designs. Cindy for the pedicures!!! The salon is beautiful, clean, classy, and I love the girly music they play. Just the Facts: They charged me $10 more than what they said over the phone for my pedicure. The water was room temp. at best. I didn't receive any foot or leg scrub. I did not receive a leg massage and only a short foot massage. The massage chair felt good. I received one coat of toe nail polish. The toe nail polish has already chipped, not even a week old. Finger nail gel polish does NOT match the toe nail polish...same brand/same color..and they don't match! I did not receive a hand nor a forearm massage. Technician gave me an uneasy feeling. She seemed angry. I didn't appreciate the way she used the back of her hand to flick/slap me when it was time to change which hand or foot she needed to work on. It was beyond inappropriate. I paid more than I've ever paid for a mani-pedi. I think they should remember...there's a salon on every corner. We have lots of choices. read more

First of all I made an appointment for myself and 2 of my friend to get our nails done i asked for 2pm. I asked over the phone if it's possible to change my almond shape nails to a coffin shape she said yes. We get there a few min before 2 so we patiently waited until a lady asked me if we were the 2pm appointment and we still had to wait an extra 30 min until one of us were seated. Just seemed unorganized, they took me first I was getting a fill and I asked again if it's possible to change the almond shape to a coffin she said yes. The lady only shaved off the top nail polish off and left. Before she left she said that's all she does and another lady would take care of it. Alright a little weird but ok. Waited another 10 min till they made me move to another table to this different lady she asked me what I wanted and I told her she gave me a weird look and went to grab her manager who said she can't change the shape of my nails or else it'll look weird. I'm not confrontational so I said ok that's fine and kept my almond shape. I wanted a Matte purple French tip on one hand and a mint green on the other. First of she only did one coat and did a shiny top coat. Again I'm not confrontational so I didn't say anything the only thing I did say is if she can clean off my nails from her using a acetone to perfect the French tip which she looked annoyed by. So I felt bad and didn't say anything else. After my nails they gave me a hand massage which was great until she started to press really hard onto my palm which hurt so much. I got my nails done june 15 at 2pm it's now June 18 and my nails have been chipping on my right hand!! They are gel manicure! I paid 50$ plus a 20$ tip I honestly regret tipping now. I mean for the price I guess you pay what you get so tread lightly also sorry for the typos I'm typing this over the phone. I would like to update and say that they were very unprofessional one of the lady's hung up on someone over the phone all the lady said was "hello?" Then another lady called she answered she asked about the pedicure and she said she a little "difficult" idk what that means but ok I'm listening to call this because they had her on speaker. When the lady asked for the clients name a man who worked there said "Karen" they just seemed childish and unprofessional. read more

Private boutique. Rodney gave me a pedicure while Kelly gave me a manicure. Usually I don't enjoy pedicures, but I felt like a Celebrity Movie Star having 2 beauticians working on me at once! The leg massage was one of the best I ever had and poor Rodney had to clean my dry heels twice. He reminds me of my Dad... if my Dad were Vietnamese... because he's real chill but passionate about his business. Rodney and Kelly own the salon and delivered a very high level of personal service. I went in today to have my no chip removed and to get a manicure. The entire process was unpleasant. The lady that was working on my nails didn't seem to know how to properly remove my no chip polish, another lady then stepped in to assist and show her how to. Once it was time to put on the new nail polish I showed her the picture of the one I wanted which she chose one that wasn't even close to it. I asked the nail tech to shorten my nails while he was doing them and he shaved off barely anything. He also made the nails on my left hand incredibly longer than the ones on my right, to the point where it's extremely noticeable. never been to this place. only went to get my acrylics off. a male that works there helped me however he pulled at each one with a tweezer and slipped another plastic acrylic nail under mine to make it loose. and to top it off sanded it down to take off the glue, which is still there. unfortunately my nails are now uneven and terribly damaged. now having to search ways to restore damage. unbelievable. read more
