She did an awful job on the builder nails. Even though Henry promised she was good at the service and they would look natural. They are sloppy and uneven. She was moving so fast she chopped one of my nails down much shorter than the others. I told Taylor she needs to understand that hands are attached to a body. I have never had such a painful service. I spoke with Thomas afterwards and he said he was sorry and said he could reshape them. I said no I do not have the time. He charged me full price for the service anyways. I drove all the way from Sycamore and have been here several times. Unfortunately I won't be back. Left with my fingers hurting and paying full price for a terrible service.
