(No que te van pasado a hacer el drenaje y ya como una mas del monton) Se nota que sus terapeutas están altamente capacitados y tienen mucha experiencia. Adicional la maquinas, equipos y la tecnologia que usaron en mi siempre era algo diferente y me explicaron los beneficios que recibiria en cada session, uncluso mi Doctor se sorprendio de mi progreso. Puedo decir honestamente que he notado una gran diferencia en mi cuerpo desde que llegue aquí; los resultados hablan por sí solos. "lymphatic massage post surgery tummy tuck" without a consultation..... I wanted pricing on a lymphatic massage. But they told me I needed to come in for a consultation. I go in and have to pay $40 before I can go back and see someone for the consultation..... Once in a room I was told to take my clothes off and put a surgical bra and surgical underwear on so they can look at me. This is all before I can get even a price on a lymphatic massage. So then she asked me to go into a room because she needs to take pictures of me. This is again even before I can get a quote for a simple lymphatic massage as recommended by my SURGEON. . Just a simple lymphatic massage. So once the pictures are done, we go back in the room and she starts talking about me needing red light therapy and and some kind of sonogram therapy. Again all I went in there for was a simple lymphatic massage. I had surgery 8 days ago one of my drains had been removed by my doctor and I have 2 remaining drains and they leak fluid.. I couldn't sit down due to drainage coming from my tubes insertions.... I could not sit on a chair in there due to sanitary reasons. There was no offer to put a no leak pad on the chair so that I could actually sit down. So this whole time I was standing with back pain for an hour while she is "DOING A CONSULTATION" All my doctor required me to do is get a simple lymphatic massage. NOTHING MORE.... So once she started talking about red light therapy and giving me a price of $350 for one session.... I immediately called my doctor while I was in the room with this employee..... And I asked my doctor.... I said, hey, this place is trying to upcharge me with doing red light therapy and sonogram stuff and my doctor said, "ABSOLUTELY NOT....You are not supposed to get red light therapy, at this point in your recovery." I knew immediately that this place, it is not the place for me. I'm just giving you a warning. There are many more places that you can go to besides this place for services that you need. This place doesn't listen they just do not listen to the patients requests .... and they are more out to get money for offering things that they should not be offering or requiring things ..... than to do what the patient needs. And what the patient wants and what the patient asks for. And what the patients surgeon has asked for. You wasted my time today. You guys need to change your business practice and listen to what a patient wants verses what you are trying to upcharge. Your sales pitch of one visit for $350 or 10 visits for $2900 did not fly with me. Your lack of listening to my needs told me that something seriously needs to change in that office. I told my doctor's office to take your office off their list of recommended businesses that do lymphatic massages.... You guys are not doctors, so don't put your red light Therapy on me and recommend your red light Therapy on me on my fresh scarring. You are not doctors, so don't play Doctors. Just do a lymphatic massage when somebody asks for one. Again, just to recap, I went in for a lymphatic massage. I stood up the whole entire time in a room For about an hour AT LEAST ONE HOUR..... for a "CONSULTATION" until I was like, I can't do this anymore. I cannot stand here. And I had to finally tell her, after about an hour .... to go get my husband out of the truck, because I needed my phone to call my doctor to tell them that I did not feel comfortable with this place. I didn't know quite what to expect but everything about my visit was a DREAM. First of all, walking in, the atmosphere is so relaxing and it smells SO GOOD everywhere! Whether I was in the reception area, the bathroom, or the treatment room, I couldn't help but notice how good it smelled EVERYWHERE. Loved that! Also - the playlist was AMAZING and my technician told me they have their playlists on spotify and she told me which one was being played in case I wanted to reference it after my session. I LOVED this as well! Speaking of my technician, Sandra - she was INCREDIBLE! Seriously so kind, so patient, and so talented!! I did the 60 Minute Master Tox + Sculpting Facial and this lady snatched me ALLLLL the way up!! I actually had an event the following day and got a million compliments about how toned I looked! The results continued to improve for the rest of the week and I really felt like my body got the reset I needed. Whenever I was leaving, they gave me this delicious tea in the cutest cup! It was such a great way to wrap up such a relaxing experience. I absolutely LOVE it here and I hope they bring one to Frisco ASAP but in the meantime, I will be making the trip to Southlake. My therapist (please forgive can't remember her name) was AMAZING- a PRO. But just as important... The treatment itself was a ten. Unlike previous lymphatic massages, this was full on pressure from top to bottom (I signed up for the facial- body combo). I left feeling relaxed not knowing if that was going to be the end effect. I looked at the before and after and saw some difference but not 'a lot'... ...they did tell me I would be detoxing for three days but wasn't sure what that meant ...but sure enough by the third day, the bloat that drove me to pay for this massage was gone. Peed for an entire day the third day SNATCHED jaw line + abdomen Footnote: I do generally eat green (pescatarian) and do high intensity yoga most every day and am generally fit ...that said, I still struggle with bloating despite my every effort...literally felt like I was lugging around a gallon of water in my gut and another gallon throughout the rest of my body .... It's been a week and a half and still see the effects while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.
