Besides the incredible relaxation from being in the private pod with a cozy blanket, the treatment itself makes a true difference in pain level. I've also been using whole body cryotherapy to reduce inflammation and speed recovery from harder workouts. The lymphatic drainage massage is incredible. I've had only one session but I was offered a package to make returning for a series more affordable. In fact, most if not all services have packages or memberships which bring down the prices if you are planning repeat visits. The treatments are fantastic, and the staff is great. The place is always well staffed. I've never had a wait for anything unless I had an appointment and arrived early. My walk in visits are also quick. And the staff knew my name after only a couple visits. They are friendly and efficient. I've been to other cryo facilities in the area but this is now my self care home base. It's the best of the best.

The staff explained everything, gave me a tour (the facility has tons of cool wellness options!) and really made sure I had a positive experience. Continuing from my recently edited review on 7/2/24:…read more Then she said that I could be seeing the lines because I'm sleeping on my left side (because SHE noticed her "11's" being more pronounced when she slept on her left side). Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Maybe other clients have just had the good fortune of having better experiences and better people to provide their services to them. This just doesn't happen to be the case for me. Obviously, this isn't the right medspa for me or for my needs/concerns.
