Not only did they say my daughter's purple tips would come to 50 over the phone, she went to the salon where they quoted the amount to be 50 also. Which was heard by my daughter, her father and the friend that was with them at the salon. Unfortunately they had to do her purple tips the next day, which was perfectly fine. We even did a cut that night to get rid of her split ends and even then they missed a few split ends! That cost us 35 dollars. Except when she went into the salon the next day, they only inform her that her hair dye was $15 since they didnt have the color and they had to purchase it earlier that day. Which i have never heard of being charge for hair dye. Even so which is not even bad, then at the end of the color they said the total was 80! Which was outrageous since they literally did only the tips and i mean just the tips! Which they missed some parts behind the front tips. Im sorry but for the price to jump up an extra 15 dollars is uncalled for. Especially since on their facebook has an ad running hair cuts for girls under 12, my daughter is 11, are only $25, 1st time customers getting service of 50 or more get $5 off and students get $15 off haircuts with student i.d. none of these were offered, even so they quoted $50 for her color which they shouldve honored we didnt even mind paying the extra $15. This isnt the first time i heard of them pulling this stunt, it was done once before by the manager martha also to a good friend of mine also! Who surprise surprise did my daughter's hair! For the amount i paid we might as well have gone to aveda right down the road! I would never ever recommend this salon to anyone i know which is sad to say since i usually never complain!
