I've had ongoing issues with prescription refills that have been extremely frustrating. Despite multiple calls and assurances that my request would be prioritized, my pharmacy repeatedly confirmed they had not received the prescriptions. It has now been over a week, going into the weekend, with no resolution, leaving me without my medication and in pain. I was also contacted about a "no show" fee of $100 for an appointment that the office had asked to reschedule via voicemail. It took three calls before I could get someone willing to listen to the voicemail, only then was the charge dropped. This situation should never have escalated that far. Dr. Ramirez is a genuinely good physician, and I appreciate her care. Unfortunately, the repeated front desk and administrative failures make it hard to trust the practice as a whole. After reading other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone in these experiences. I sincerely hope the office takes meaningful steps to improve communication and internal processes, these issues directly impact patient health and wellbeing. read more

In our opinions MLP-NP Alicia Mccue might be the worse primary care person within 100 miles of Decatur. It wasn't enough she had to disparage Dr. Ray and Dr. Pendergast, but then to lecture my wife about her care was well beyond horrible bed side manners. She appears to be well beyond retirement age, so not sure how she can still practice. Despite my wife having been to Family Clinic (same building) most of her adult life, she lectured her "why are you driving here rather than see a doctor closer to your home." Well, no worries, now that we met one of the most agregisly horrible medical people in Texas, that is exactly what we will do. Anyone who visits her get ready for horrible abuse. read more

I would also give ZERO stars if I could. Seen in December 2024 and was told me service "was not covered by UHC" and I had to pay upfront. I paid. Called UHC and of course the service was IN NETEWORK and covered. I have called no less than 20 times. UHC called them. They have a contract with UHC and are literally in breach of it. UHC is notified as well and NOT happy. I'm currently on hold WITH MY UHC REP on the call for 70 minutes and third call trying to get them on the phone. They hung up on us twice! Sadly, I followed a great provider to this location but the office is horrible. Unethical and incompetent. I am filing with medial board as well. Do not trust your care to this office. read more

This is my third year of coming to this location. Dr. Perks is my current doctor, and she will listen to what I'm saying and is great about discussing my options so I'm fully informed. During my rounds of IV treatments, I have had a number of different women doing the sticking. Even with my tricky veins, I rarely need a second stick. This includes the vein that completely refused to be stuck and the veins that saw the needle coming in and said, 'Nope!" before dropping down. Most of the office staff know me and will ask me how my classes are going, even if they weren't the one checking me in and just happened to pass me in the hall. read more

I changed my Mom PCP online and take the screen shot and get the reference number from the insurance Rep as well.i explained it to the staff I do have documented proof to change her PCP. But still They canceled the appointment due to their portal is not reflecting PCP under their physician. In this case they can call to insurance company and verified the PCP. Which has been changed prior to the appointment. But Lazy Staff does not want to call insurance company to get the information. Cancel the Patient appointment is the easiest way for them. Absolutely would not recommend. Their front desk/billing department will tell you whatever they need to to get you in the door, but when their services aren't covered by insurance and you find out the referrals are useless, you're met with deflection and excuses rather than accountability. Went for my very first treatment. The nurse stuck me three times. She never hit my vein. The last one blew and it was extremely painful. I was in so much pain I almost passed out and thank goodness my husband drove me. My arm was burning so bad that I was in tears. I will have to let the area heal now. I'll be canceling every appointment. Their staff is not personable and they run you in and out like cattle. I was so excited to get started with IV therapy, but not at this location. It's not the cleanest inside their waiting room area too. The nurse never said she was sorry for sticking me that many times.There is definitely an attitude with most of the internal office staff. I would consider other locations to get your infusions. Horrid experience! My arm still hurts and has a huge bruise. I was charged a copay before the treatment and stopped at the front desk on the way out. I told them I didn't receive service and to not bill my insurance. Never received a follow up about test results, they upload them to an app and have you interpret them. Disappointing patient care.

DO NOT GO HERE. I saw Casey fallman. I had been having hip pain and down into my leg. I requested an X-ray to rule out fracture. She refused and sent me for a CT scan of my PELVIS, which cost me $900 and the X-ray would have been more cost effective and appropriate, which CT was normal, because my hip/femur is where the pain is. They told me to come back in TWO WEEKS for results and keep walking on it, the hospital I had the scan done at got me my results before I even got home. I also asked for a referral to orthopedics. This was a Thursday, I called Friday and Monday referral was never sent. By Tuesday I could no longer walk the pain was so great. So I went to urgent care for X-rays, femur fracture just as I had suspected and requested X-ray for in the first place. They were able to get me into ortho within 2 hours. They told me I needed to be non-weight bearing and get a STAT MRI done that day. I did, femoral neck fracture 80% across the neck of the femur requiring surgery. Had surgery that Friday. They said if I had continued to walk on it, it might have snapped. 2 weeks after my initial appointment with Casey, ortho calls, they just got a referral for the WRONG leg. I called Be Well to speak with Casey. She refused, said I could make an appointment to speak with her. I stated I won't be doing that because they are going to bill my insurance yet again for something unnecessary. I will also be reporting her to her medical board. This whole thing is insane. Thank god I'm a physical therapist and advocated for myself. Someone else, that might not have been the case and they would have had a complete femur fracture walking down the street. Don't come to this location expecting to see a doctor or get treated with any sort of dignity. Every time I come to this location they change the person from who I saw last or they would have PA (Nurse) help you out instead of a doctor and charge you the same. This nurses are doing follow ups to hospitalization and they have no experience under their belt. Think about it this way, imagine taking your car to a shop expecting a professional repair and then you notice John smith with no certifications or experience working on your vehicle and still getting charged the same. Receptionist is unwelcoming and not helpful. She did not say good morning, or even acknowledge that I walk d into the building.

The front desk are NOT friendly, NOT welcoming and horrible customer service. It's a shame because I liked the dr. I have been a patient there for a few months and visited more that once. The doctor sent me for 2nd round of blood work and 5 days later I was supposed to go in and go over my results which is considered a follow up appointment. The front office calls a few days before and just states they never should have accepted my insurance and they are cancelling my appointment and if I want my results I have to pay $$$ for a visit and to get my results. I refused to accept that, I was told they will ask their supervisor what can be done and they will call back. They never called back. So I called to follow up and requested to talk to the person in charge directly. Very bluntly she said if you want your results pay $$$ for an appointment and I will get them. Finally I said I will get legal involved and she said I can come and pick up a print out of my results. If you are considering going there please ask lots of questions because front desk have no clue what they are doing. read more

They are withholding a needed prescription from me to make me get thousands of dollars of routine bloodwork that I have had done regularly over the past 20 years and is all just fine. I have been a patient of Dr Radhika Vayani's since she graduated medical school and opened her first practice. Dr Vayani is a very good physician and very personable. Over the last several years, her office has expanded to more physicians, NP's, PA's, and more locations. I have not seen Dr Vayani in several years, so the personal relationship with her has disappeared. This office has become very unorganized especially for your typical primary care office. It is difficult to get staff to return phone calls or emails for simple things like prescription refills or lab work that needs to be collected at a certain time. I was forced to make an office visit to get generic prescription refills, so the office can charge my insurance, plus send me a bill for the remaining amount. I had just visited and had my yearly physical 3 or 4 months prior. There was no need for an office visit for these generic refills that I have been on for years. That was the last draw with this office. I do NOT recommend this office, and I am swapping primary care providers that will listen to their patients concerns about the office conduct. read more

I have been a patient of Morgan Perks for 3 years and her and her staff are amazing! She is very thorough, friendly and professional. She makes me feel very comfortable asking any question. Her nurse James is just as amazing! I have been able to see less doctors because she does just about everything! Do yourself a favor and go see her. You will love her and her staff. read more

You are only allowed to discuss One medical issue per visit! Dr was suppose to send a prescription to my pharmacy and as of a month after the visit, the Dr still has not sent in a prescription. Lab work is done off site and the staff didn't bother to tell me you needed to make an appointment. I waited for over an hour and had to leave without bloodwork being done. Once I finally got an appointment at lab, the Dr never called me back and there was an issue. I sent their office 2 emails asking for a call back regarding the abnormal lab results and still a month later, no response from the Dr or staff. Dr. Pryanka is who I saw at the N. I searched long and hard for a new PCP. Read wonderful reviews about Dr. Vayani and was looking forward to my appointment. Unfortunately, I got stuck with the NP, Kim Vu. Have seen her twice now and both times she was extremely condescending and rushed me. Both times refused to discuss my concerns bc she was busy. The communication with the office isn't anything to rave about either. Takes on average 2 weeks for a response and that's after my contacting them several times. Even the one who ordered my test is not come out and talk to me. Instead, push someone else to do their dirty works. I am not appreciate this clinic work ethic one bit. I have now had a few bad experiences where I didn't receive good medical care and will not be coming back here.

The office is run horribly. They don't return calls, you have to continually call them. They're late in sending Lab results. When I first started with Dr Vayani, I was very impressed with her attention to detail. However her office staff is inattentive as sometimes rude. I've been at appointments waiting to see my primary physician and have seen people come in after me and be attended to before calling me in fact I had to mention it. I hate having to leave them or leave this review but their office is really run that bad. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. I just received a voicemail about my account balance being sent to collections if not paid by the end of business day today. First of all, not ONCE was I emailed, called, or received anything via USPS stating that I even HAD a balance on my account. I paid $130 out of pocket (haven't met the deductible) for an approximately 30 minute follow up in which I spent less than 10 minutes total, probably even less than 5 minutes talking to the PA (actually, PA student I think) and about 2 minutes talking to Dr. Vayani herself). The rest was spent waiting. My insurance was billed $275 for a FOLLOW UP visit. Literally the lowest tier care. No procedures, no labs, nothing other than a 'how is everything working out?' I don't mind paying what I owe even though I definitely think the prices billed are astronomical, but the threat of sending a balance to collections when ZERO attempt was made to contact me prior is asinine and you 100% just lost me as a patient, and I will make sure I never recommend Be Well to ANYBODY else. read more
