I was very skeptical so I originally went for just one session. I was immediately put at ease by James's calm demeanor when he greeted me so I quickly filled out my intake questionnaire and then it was time to start my first session. My experience with James was incredibly personalized, he asked some broad questions at first and really took the time to understand my challenges, and I ended up asking for his help with a number of other things in future sessions. We started that day with my overwhelming to-do list that seemed to grow each day. Then I closed my eyes and with his skilled guidance and soothing voice, I felt the stress and anxiety peel away.
