My husband and I got sick and I am so glad they were there. I believe infusing ozone and IV really helped us to get healthy quicker, and more importantly, not to get worse. They are friendly and on the ball. I trust them, and that is saying a lot because I don't trust many people. I am so grateful that I met them, literally a few weeks before I got sick. The total cost was actually about $100 more than I had ever paid for Botox (I only had 2 areas...squint lines & between my eyebrows). It's now 10/11 and I cannot really tell I had anything done less than 2 months later. I am an "older" patient but went for Botox & was steered to Dysport for some reason. While I was comfortable with Lexi, I question why she suggested Dysport for me even though I never discussed pricing but more concerned with results. Within 10 Days I started noticing a droop. Julie arranged for me to come in and she injected more. Within a few days I noticed my eye was drooping more. I messaged her and she said wait 10 Days. I waited 10 days and it's horrible. It's droopy, weepy, my nose on that side keeps running. Now she says they will call in some eye drops that will open the eye up-which I am sure are very expensive. I have asked for a refund. I would say run from Lexie when it has to do with Botox as I've had it plenty of times and had no problems. The first picture was a few weeks after service. It's noticeable but not horrible. Second is now and 3rd is all i was offered as a solution. .

I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. One was crooked and a few of the others were different sizes. I didn't make a fuss because it wasn't noticeable from a distance and I had other appointments to get to as I was preparing for vacation. Overall, I would not return. It's not a bad place to go but it's not somewhere I would recommend if you're used to inclusive pricing and nails that are shaped properly. The search for a salon in my new area continues!

A few weeks went by and we started receiving bills from Quest diagnostics. The bills were not small. She called Quest who told her she had to speak with Lifestream. She spoke with Lifestream who told her she should not be receiving a bill because she paid in full. We continued to get bills. Every month we repeated the same dance. Every month we were told we shouldn't be receiving a bill. She messaged Susan Harris herself who assured us she would personally take care of this. It's the very end of June and we received yet another bill saying it is past due. This isn't rocket science, it's not even as difficult as traditional medical billing where you have to go back and forth with insurance to get paid. This was a cash payment. Simple. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they can't handle something as simple as a cash payment, I'm not sure how they could even begin to handle the complexities of treating patients. My wife and I are so disappointed in the lack of care we have received from this office.

I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it.
