The Groupon clearly states must not have been seen within 24 months but the receptionist said "corporate office" would not let them accept because I had been seen 10 years ago. I showed the restrictions to receptionist and other staff but they had no intentions of doing the right thing from the start. I feel completely taken advantage of and scammed by this place: will not ever return or recommend.
