Beabi has been around for a while now and it has gotten popular throughout the years. It's the go-to store for all things containers! You need a plastic bottle you can put a bit of your cologne into? They have it. Cream pots? They have those too. Makeup kits, card sleeves, gadget bags - they all have those, too, and in different sizes and colors to boot! I personally love going to their Eastwood branch because (1) it's the closest near my home and (2) it's the biggest I've seen. Their items are all neatly laid out in rows and in aisles so it's quite easy to go around and instantly find what you need. Although there prices have gone a bit higher, I still think it's quite fair because of the quality of their products. I bought a Beabi plastic gadget bag and I've been using it for 4 years now. Plus, I love the fact that this is a Filipino brand that has an environmental advocacy. Anything for the good of the people and Mother Nature, I am totally down for.

I love that it's not a giant…read moremall, plus there's this fancy bathroom that you pay 10 pesos for that I first thought was absolutely hilarious. I had never seen something like this in the US. But that was before I found out about the fancy toilets they have in the bathroom. You won't find those in the free bathroom. Plus, there's a great resting area in the pay lounge, as they call it. I love the Daiso store in this mall as well. It is probably the best stocked out of all of them. I am so impressed by the security in the malls in the Philippines. I never feel unsafe in any of them. The area where Robinsons Magnolia is located isn't the safest, but the mall itself is quite safe. My beloved and I really enjoy hanging out in this mall when we're in Quezon city. We love the Bench/Fix salon there, so we're there often. I thought the Christmas decor in this mall was really cute. The only thing I could quibble about is that there isn't a lot of places to sit outside of the pay lounge or the food court. Would be nice if there were some more benches.

One, because this used to be an office building where my former company was housed and where I met my husband. They then converted it to fully be a design plaza where you'll find some of the most interesting stores where you can get items for the home. I love the hardwood floors and the winding staircase, it's like you're shopping in an art gallery. They have several design studios and interior design companies in the building. There are about 35 showrooms including popular ones like Luzon Rattan, Philux and Heima. I love the contemporary, quirky furniture in Heima and the classic pieces of Luzon Rattan. Walking through this building makes me feel like such an adult shopping for grown-up furniture (and not getting it from a department store). Please, if you have a new home or getting your own place for the first time, do yourself a favor and stop by LRI Design Plaza to get a glimpse of what quality furnishings are like. By the way, when you're done shopping there's also a wine bar and an Italian restaurant at the ground floor which offers really good food.

Leave the cheap knock-offs and the chipboard furniture to the malls; the LRI will have none of that. Instead, prepare to be dazzled, amazed, intimidated, and overwhelmed by the incredibly chic, tasteful, understated, but quite expensive furniture from an impressive number of shops in the building. I'm not kidding about this; I once saw a rather handsome armchair go for about P450,000. For that price, I can buy two used cars. I mean, WOW. Having said that, if you have incredible taste and a matching wallet to boot, LRI is the place for you.

Lucia caters to clients from all walks of life who are looking for items of all kinds as well. Here you will find a hodgepodge of items that can be good deals of higher-end products sold at bargain prices, or you may even find older items that are no longer sold at conventional stores anymore, and for a reasonable price. Food stalls are abundantly distributed along the mall and between the stores, and it is surprisingly bigger than it looks from the outside. So don't let appearances or first impressions fool you; being blind sometimes leads to a leap of faith.

I always considered Divisoria top-notch for deals and variety, and this shopping center did not disappoint. The mall has about six floors packed with countless aisles and shops to explore. The lower floor is not air-conditioned, but as you go higher, the atmosphere becomes more comfortable and boutique-style. Unlike Greenhills, the vendors here don't constantly hound or pressure you while shopping, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The prices are already relatively cheap, so there's not much need to bargain aggressively. I didn't even make it to the top floors because there was just so much to see. I'm already looking forward to coming back and exploring more.

This is an indoor mall with three levels and over 300 stalls/stores. It is air-conditioned inside for shoppers' comfort. When you hear Divisoria it is synonymous to cheap bargains and you can haggle the price and get it more cheap. They have everything here, especially off-the-rack clothing, purses and shoes, novelty items, gadgets... well, almost, everything. I tried to look for a Sacramento Kings jersey but they didn't have it LoL! They also have food stalls. Mom was able to buy a Filipiniana (aka 'Maria Clara'). It was a fun shopping experience here. Cash is king so have some handy before coming to Divisoria. I guarantee you'll find something and you won't be able to leave empty handed, that's for sure. Review #3293

The look and feel is very similar to strip malls in the US, where there are a few hand-picked merchants providing everything one needs in a single stop. They have CR-King, David's Salon, California Nails, Cebuana Lhuillier, Japan Home Centre, Handyman, Robinsons Appliances, OMF Literature Bookshop and Western Union as the more familiar shops. They also have small ones that have interesting items such as Too Nice, Runway, Red Carpet Shoes, Jazz House of Gifts, Go Ape Boutique, Golden 3 Pet Supplies, Funky Plum, Dainty Bold Accessories, Little Town School and Office Supply and Cosmetics Korea. They have several beauty places aside from David's such as Glam Salon, Lash Stuidio, Luna Dermatologica, Nature's Cradle Spa, Taylor Tyler Salon and Robots & Dolls Kids Salon. They also have a lot of food choices for the hungry shopper including: Big Better Burger, Bon Chon, Café France, Fat Melts, Ichnigo, Jin's Kimbab, King Katsu, Reyes BBQ, Kopiroti, Sophia's Mediterranean Cuisine and Yellow. BF Homes is a neighborhood abundant with all sorts of businesses (mostly restaurants, bars, and everything Korean), and being a ginormous subdivision, it makes sense that there should be some sort of mall here. Though, Pergola Mall is quite small to be called a "mall". It's mostly Robinson's Supermarket, a food court (with free wi-fi) upstairs, Handyman, some restaurants and a few salons and stores. And, it is worth mentioning that there is a Japan Home Centre here, which is always(!) a good thing. It's a very laid back place to spend a lazy afternoon, or get some errands done. You've got toddlers? There's a tiny playground in the middle, and some benches. You can also bring your pooch. They've also got some zumba/other physical type of exercise on the 2nd floor activity area as well if you're into that. Good food places here include Sophia's, a Mediterranean restaurant.. well actually that's probably about it that's worth mentioning. For cafes, there's a Kopi Roti and a Cafe France. This place has seen better days, and businesses do come and go. But its always been an OK place to grab some groceries, get some quick school supplies (at Little Town) and maybe a quick coffee or two. Or... you know, leech onto their free-wifi like those people who hang out at the 2nd floor food court.

Restaurant row was more inviting with more sit down choices and better design. Security upon entrance was still the same. Large bags were inspected upon entry. The tiangge section (Shoppsville side) was untouched with rows and rows of stalls selling pearls, clothing, suitcases, shoes and more. Everything here can be haggled over. I was on the search for some local food items but the stall I sought out was closed for some reason. The chapel in the mall was still something unique to see but quite convenient to attend mass. The indoor garden across the way was updated and more inviting than I remember with more seating. Parking here has always been and will likely still be a challenge. Security guards still direct traffic but drop off areas by the mall entrances do get backed up frequently. Definitely enjoyed the shopping experience more than before.

As my pictures show there are several choices of food in this area. But none really jumped out at me. I chose to have the grilled marlin in spicy sauce with vegetables and rice. The fish is pregrilled and sitting out there. When ordered, they reheat the fish and pour the sauce over it. Their vegetables is from a frozen mixed vegetable bag. The dish was non appetizing and had a bland taste. Problem here is that the food here lacks freshness, flavor and taste.

It's as if they couldn't care less about their customers, especially the younger ones. I'm 16, and apparently, that means I'm not allowed in the mall without a guardian--on a weekend! How many times do people have to complain about the unprofessional behavior of the guards before something changes? The security staff act like they're on a power trip, treating teenagers like criminals just for showing up. News flash: we're not asking for much--just basic respect and fair treatment. It's 2024, and this mall still hasn't figured out how to treat its customers properly. If management can't be bothered to fix their security issues despite countless complaints, maybe they should rethink if they even deserve their customers at all
