When I first got to the Philippines, this was the mall closest to me. I love that it's not a giant mall, plus there's this fancy bathroom that you pay 10 pesos for that I first thought was absolutely hilarious. I had never seen something like this in the US. But that was before I found out about the fancy toilets they have in the bathroom. You won't find those in the free bathroom. Plus, there's a great resting area in the pay lounge, as they call it. I love the Daiso store in this mall as well. It is probably the best stocked out of all of them. I am so impressed by the security in the malls in the Philippines. I never feel unsafe in any of them. The area where Robinsons Magnolia is located isn't the safest, but the mall itself is quite safe. My beloved and I really enjoy hanging out in this mall when we're in Quezon city. We love the Bench/Fix salon there, so we're there often. I thought the Christmas decor in this mall was really cute. The only thing I could quibble about is that there isn't a lot of places to sit outside of the pay lounge or the food court. Would be nice if there were some more benches. read more

What I love in New Manila is that it is the area in Metro Manila that is not so crowded and polluted. I live outside New Manila but I go there multiple times a week to visit Wisdom Park Buddhist Temple, Robinson's Magnolia, and Kyodo Co Working Space and Lounge as part of their vibrant community. This mall has a parking lot, but when I went, all the spots were basically filled. There are lots of stores and some are American brands. There's also lots of really good restaurants mostly on their lower ground floor. Majority of the area was air conditioned. There were a lot of people when I went so it was very crowded. On the 1st floor, they had a bazaar going on. They had a lot of cheap jewelry, phone cases and some wallets or bags. Service was good, majority of the stores sales person was attentive and helpful. read more

Thank goodness for this mall. I can't survive off of SM Sta.Mesa. Rob Mag is complete with H&M, uniqlo, top shop etc. As well as lots of restaurants! Some of my faves being Yabu, Pho Ho? (near the movie theatre), Conti's, Cyma and many more. Also a good place to study. I go to either coffee bean or starbucks. They also have a great nail place and I like having my hair cut/coloured at bench fix! :) Bathroom with tissue paper and someone always keeping it clean. It's great. read more

Robinsons Magnolia -- or as we affectionately call it RobMag -- is now one of my favorite malls in QC. Spacious, clean, and well-maintained, this mall offers a pleasant shopping experience that you can't quite get from more densely populated malls. For one, the mall houses a good number of high-end stores. Its floor plan is easy to navigate, and there are plenty of open-air spaces like the balconies and the mini-park to spend time in if you want some cozy quiet time in public without fear of getting mugged, ogled, or harassed by roughshod clientele. TIP: It's easy to safely hang out in a public place when you're with friends, family, or your beloved. But if you can find a place in the open where you can be all alone without your safety being compromised, especially here in the metro, then you know you're in a good establishment. Some of the restaurants provide free and stable Wi-Fi access; even the food selection in the food court is decent, with plenty of healthful food options for those with certain dietary restrictions. They also have a cinema, a toddler playground/learning center, a supermarket, even a painting nook, and plenty of open-air cafes inside and outside of the building. My one gripe about Robinsons Magnolia is that it only has one book store -- National Book Store -- and a small outlet at that. If if had more bookshops or even a book cafe in the vicinity, it would be perfect. read more

This is definitely one of my favorite, if not my absolute favorite mall in Metro Manila. In the Philippines, mall is life, and this mall is the perfect size for people who don't want to be overwhelmed, like at Megamall or Trinoma. While it is smaller than those two aforementioned malls, it makes up for it in coziness. It's never ridiculously full so you can just go about the mall and get what you need done without feeling cramped, which can happen oh too often in Manila. Store selection is pretty high-end for a Robinsons. Fast fashion is easy to find here with a Uniqlo, H&M, and Topshop/Topman. More premium brands like Lacoste, Muji and Fred Perry are here too. The layout if very open and spacious, making for a very pleasant shopping experience. Food here is on point, especially for Quezon City. Metro favorites like Mesa, Yabu, Ramen Nagi, and a Magnolia Flavor House are all here, as are a pretty spacious CBTL and Starbucks, if you're looking for a nice spot to take a nightcap or tambay. The crowd here is also very laidback. You'll see a lot of students here from UERM and UST FMS here, as well as law students from San Beda and Ateneo. Families definitely come out on Sundays, and there is definitely a Lola factor here, especially if you come earlier in the day. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by. It's well taken care of and has everything you'd want in the Metro without being too much. read more

Robinson's Magnolia is my favorite Robinson's mall primarily because of the excellent selection of shops that they have. They have H&M, Topshop, Warehouse, Lesportsac, and Aeropostale. If only they had a Forever21, I'd definitely never need to go to Megamall. They also have a good assortment of restaurants - Arya, Ramen Nagi, and Yabu to name a few. (The Yabu here is almost always full). The layout is also very appealing -- open and airy. Unlike other malls, Robinson's Magnolia's food court is very inviting. It doesn't have pungent smells. It looks and feels very clean - the type of place you'd want to hang out in. Sometimes they have a mini gourmet fair going on during the weekends. Nothing that really grabs your attention but it's worth checking out when you're bored. It sometimes gets crowded during the weekends, but you'd more or less not have any trouble finding parking and it never gets crazily congested like in Megamall. read more

The mall is fairly new and well maintained compared to the other Robinson's branches, in my opinion. The only disappointed I have is that if you want to bring your dog into the mall (they pride themselves in being pet friendly), you can't let them walk in the mall. They either have to be in a stroller or a bag. So if you plan on taking your pets, keep that in mind unless you have plans of carrying your pet with you the whole time you're there. read more

I really enjoy shopping at Robinsons Magnolia, because it's just the right-sized mall for me. The parking is usually packed only during weekends, and you could get a nice spot without waiting too long. They also have dedicated parking spots for senior citizens, so if you bring your grandparents here, you're sure to get a spot near the mall entrance. The layout may seem confusing at first, but it's actually pretty straightforward if you walk around the mall once. They have a good mix of restaurants featuring different cuisines, and they have a Krispy Kreme and Dairy Queen (this combination is already a winner for me). The retail selection is quite good as well, and you can dress to your liking with the trendiest items from H&M and Topshop, just to name a few. They also have an al fresco area, and even a small park outside for kids to play in. This is a nice addition, since most of the malls before didn't even think about getting open air (maybe because everyone just wanted staying in the cold air conditioning). Robinsons Magnolia also used to be the location for the Magnolia Ice Cream House, and they have a tiny one in the park area to commemorate it. read more

Robinsons Magnolia many people that I know of were anticipating the arrival of as apparently there aren't that many nice malls in the New Manila/Quezon City area. I've made my way there more than a few times and I've always enjoyed myself. Robinsons Magnolia is home to a slew of high-end boutiques that are perfect for the shopping addict. In addition, they also have a hardware store and Gourdo's for more practical and necessary purchases. They have a large food court and a decent selection of restaurants as well so you can take your pick as to where you want to eat no matter what your budget. Best of all, Magnolia Flavor House calls this mall home, hence its name. read more

This mall is a godsend for anyone who lives within the area. It has a rather competent selection of shopping stores like H&M, Uniqlo, Top Man and Cotton On and electronic stores like Data Blitz, Power Mac and Samsung. The mall is not that big as compared to say an SM mall but it still gets the job done. The al fresco area has Starbucks and Magnolia Ice Creamery (if you're feeling nostalgic). During the weekdays my family frequents the Sizzling Pepper Lunch stall found in their food court area. There's also a Sincerity Express stall if you're fan of the famed chicken all the way from Binondo. The only weakness I could think of would be the movie theatre since the film quality is not at par with the likes of Promenade and Rockwell. It's a still a good place to spend your weekends with your family. Parking can't get troublesome at times so I suggest you go early! read more

Robinsons Magnolia has become my 2nd favorite mall in the metro. I remember coming to this lot as a child since it was the original Magnolia factory and had an ice cream shop, now it has been converted to a mall and I'm very pleased. The mall is relatively new and houses quite a selection of good stores. There is ample parking that is colorlight detector guided for easier navigation of available slots. The layout of the mall is what appeals to me the most, as it isn't confusing or designed as a labyrinth unlike other malls. The line up of restaurants is comparable to the likes of Power Plant mall and the food court here doesn't look cheap or over crowded with concessionaires. The cinema here is also worth going to with their comfy chairs and limited seating. You also have a selection of snack joints just right outside the cinema. I do hope the Robinsons management will continue to maintain the cleanliness and newness of this mall. read more

This review is provided for visiting Americans-this is a nice mall and very American in its look and in the brand name stores that are located within it. It's clean, nicely lit, and well laid out. I do not like most malls but this one was pretty good. There are not too many people in it either, an added plus. read more
