I specifically chose this property because of its proximity to the starting line of a race I was traveling for. With such short notice, there were no comparable options left nearby, and I ultimately had to cancel the trip altogether. While my money was refunded, there was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to offer any accommodation or alternative solution. Canceling a confirmed reservation at the last minute can seriously disrupt travel plans, and that's exactly what happened here. Very disappointing experience.

There were items left from previous guess under the bed and the counters, or desk weren't wiped down, the little mini lotions in the bathroom were open and had dried suds like it was left from the last guess. Our second stay we checked in at night so didn't really see much until the next morning, the room again was not clean properly. There was also a major ant issue. We were on the 4th floor and the ant were everywhere. Crawling on our beds, floor,desk,bathroom,closet EVERYWHERE. We spoke with the front desk to change our room and they said they didn't have any rooms available but would come and clean the room and replace our sheets. The young girl from the desk came and vacuumed and sprayed the front of the floor. She said the manager would be her in the morning and would refund,discount, or provide a voucher for our stay. We couldn't leave hotel it would've been even more inconvenient especially with children. The next morning comes, manager isn't here and were told because we booked through a 3rd party app there is nothing they can do and offered us a snack from the snack shop or free breakfast item?! Really?! I really didn't want to leave this review I'd hope this would have been resolved properly. We learned that they knew about the ant issue but still decided to rent out the room. For the price you pay to stay here the cleaning is unacceptable and the skills to resolve any concerns are lacking.

The problem started with a very slow draining bathroom sink with scum coming to the surface and a calcium build up on the shower head. The floors were filthy and maid service was every other day if requested the night before. We did request that the floor be mopped, but it remained dirty. The bathroom door knob was held on by one screw and the entry door had pry marks. It was't all bad. The pillows and bed were very comfortable and they provided a decent free Buffet breakfast every morning. We won't be staying here again!

You have to go to the front desk to ask for more, and they only give you about a three-day supply each time, which feels a bit stingy. When I first checked in, the garbage disposal under the kitchen sink wasn't working, so it seems the staff didn't check the room properly before guests arrived. Overall, if the room rate were under $100 per night, I'd say it's fair. But given the current price -- with no breakfast and no bottled water provided -- the value for money is not very high.

They put us in a room that is on the top floor and the farthest to walk. I have had my trash in the hall for two days with no one emptying it. She tub and shower have black mold spots, and there was a pee stain behind the toilet when we got here. The beds are hard as a rock and half pillows. Here's the creepy thing. There are 3 count them 3 sprinkler heads in this room, and it has those heavy picture frames that makes you feel like someone is watching you. I have stayed in some really nice Best Westerns, but this one is shiny on the outside and creepy on the inside.

There's free water (cucumber or lemon infused), hot water, and coffee (regular and decaf) in the lobby. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff kept the breakfast area clean. They had 3 breakfast meals in rotation and fruit, mini muffins, oatmeal, cereal, hard boiled eggs, juice, waffle (ready to make). -sausage pieces, scrambled eggs, mini flour tortillas -sausage links, scrambled eggs, French toast -sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy I had an issue with my room key and the front desk was able to fix the issue. They have someone at the front desk 24/7 so there's always someone available to help you. I was even able to order something on Amazon and the front desk held it for me till I returned back that night. There's a laundry room and it was pretty easy to use. My only concern was that another guest called my room and all my other coworkers rooms at 4 am. It's a little concerning that people in other rooms can call each other through the hotel phones.

I'd say from the moment we checked in to checking out, staff were very friendly and would say hello and bye each time we came and left, it felt genuine as well. It really added to the great experience. Room was clean and fairly spacious. It was equipped with a mini fridge and that was perfect for storing our cold items. TV was Netflix capable which was a nice addition. We had to call down for towels one time and a staff brought up towels within 5 minutes. Continental breakfast was included with the stay and many different options were offered. Nice clean dining area to sit at and enjoy your morning meal. Lori was so kind and chatted for a while. She was also so kind to share a jalapeño egg muffin on a day it wasn't on the menu and I'm so appreciative. It was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Only option was a button that turned the fridge off for 8 hours.
