As I was driving back to Chicago, I decided to pull over and spend the night at this hotel. Thanks to Brittney, Guest Service Agent, I was able to locate this property. Again, booked through the Hilton's app and received a great rate on a Saturday night. Brittney had checked me in and reviewed the amenities of the hotel. She was very pleasant! After dropping my stuff in my room, I had decided to check out this property..... The lobby was very inviting to hang out at. The breakfast and dining area were good size. Plenty of seating. Some of the amenities included the spa (pool & whirlpool) area... which was decent size for this hotel. The fitness center is limited, however, offered both cardio machines and free weights. Off of the reception desk, there was a sundry area, which is very convenient for those of us that may not have wanted to go out for some snacks. For an overnighter, the room was just right. Plenty of working and entertainment areas. There is a small microwave and a refrigerator to store and heat up items. The chaise lounge was very comfortable - great touch for this room. The bedding was very satisfactory to my liking. Slept like a baby. Being a Hampton Inn & Suites property, the breakfast is included. The breakfast was okay. Maybe, I used to having scrambled eggs instead of quiche (I think - there wasn't a sign). They were not offering bacon or sausage but another type of meat which was actually good. There was a waffle maker which was great. Overall, the breakfast will not stop me from returning. The manager (I wish I could remember her name - sorry) had checked me out. The procedure was very painless. Then we started to talked about the industry. You could tell, she watched out for her staff members. Overall, a great stay and great hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Easy, excellent hotel. New, modern and comfortable furniture, including the bed with a variety of pillow choices. Great amenities including a gym with a good choice of equipment and a nice size pool. I was here mid-week for work and had no issues with noise although there were definitely kids around as I saw them coming and going. Breakfast was good and fresh. I actually enjoyed the scrambled eggs which can be hard to do when they're made in bulk but these were warm and soft, not rubbery at all. Nice, thick grated mixed cheese to put on top too. Waffles, French toast and all the other continental choices. Cold, cold juices were really tasty.

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms can't wait to use the pool which looked very inviting. Husband already used the exercise room and is happy with that. I would stay here again.

Needed some help booking for a family member and TINA was so incredible -- she assisted me in the best way and I couldn't be more grateful.

We used to live in Kenosha and knew this building as the Heritage House when it was rundown. Since moving away, they have done a beautiful job restoring this building. The decor was swanky and classy. Everything was so clean. We booked a double queen room. The beds were comfortable. There was a mini fridge that we used for leftovers (Valeo's!!). There was also a desk that my husband was able to use for working remotely. The black out curtains on the window were legit. The room was very dark at night and into the morning. Also, the ceilings were concrete which made the room SUPER quiet!! That part was also a relief because we have a toddler and his stomping around was not loud in this hotel. Amazing! The staff was always very friendly on our way in and out of the building each day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!!

I booked this hotel in early January for an April 24-26 stay and received a confirmed reservation…read morefor a Premier Suite. Then, just two days before check-in, the hotel canceled my reservation. I specifically chose this property because of its proximity to the starting line of a race I was traveling for. With such short notice, there were no comparable options left nearby, and I ultimately had to cancel the trip altogether. While my money was refunded, there was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to offer any accommodation or alternative solution. Canceling a confirmed reservation at the last minute can seriously disrupt travel plans, and that's exactly what happened here. Very disappointing experience.

All I knew about Kenosha was the outlet malls and my favorite Kenosha Band, "Would You Kindly"…read more When the band was scheduled to peform at this hotel, I was excited to make a mini-vacation out of it and booked the night before and the night of. I heard that parking at Kenosha's lakefront and all over the downtown area was abundant and free and they had nice museums and restaurants so I was pretty excited. The charm of street cars and trolleys was a plus. Indeed it was such a nice little town with friendly people. The visitors bureau was just across the street from the hotel and, Jake, at the front office was great. He offered incredible suggestions for our visit and I just loved it! Now what can I say about the hotel...the hotel is in a prime spot in Kenosha. It's the only hotel on the water and most convenient to downtown...walker's galore. If I knew the harbor was prime location for fishing I would have brought my fishing poles! The staff is pleasant. But you'd think they could do a little improvement on the worn furnishings. The lamp by the bedside was smashed and yellowing. Immediately you just get a feeling you're in a "trashy motel". I get you are on the lakefront, yes, you have that advantage so you really don't have to do anything to get people to come. But you know if you just replaced that damaged aging lampshade I wouldn't have felt so disgusted. I believe this is one of the prime spots for entertainment in Kenosha. There were scheduled comedy and musical acts so that's another draw to the hotel. As I stated in the beginning, I came to watch "Would You Kindly" and I think its neat they provide this venue for the public and entertainers alike. The free breakfast was the typical contiental fare. They had a pancake machinine inistead of the familar waffle machine. Very clean and orderly. I felt no sense of negativity from any of the staff. I would have rated this higher if management would put more pride in thir hotel and give their customers a better impression and feel more welcomed just making simple improvements. Because of the location, I will come again but only because I don't really have a choice.

On the second night, when we got back to hotel, we were told no clean towels & there would not be any available until 9 the next morning! It was hot, and humid, I wanted to take a shower but did not have a clean towel. I ended up borrowing towels from my neice for the remainder of our stay. Rooms were out dated, and musty smelling. All but one staff were friendly. Especially a younger teenager was very friendly. Held elevator more than once when he saw someone approaching it! Good manners!

I'd say from the moment we checked in to checking out, staff were very friendly and would say hello and bye each time we came and left, it felt genuine as well. It really added to the great experience. Room was clean and fairly spacious. It was equipped with a mini fridge and that was perfect for storing our cold items. TV was Netflix capable which was a nice addition. We had to call down for towels one time and a staff brought up towels within 5 minutes. Continental breakfast was included with the stay and many different options were offered. Nice clean dining area to sit at and enjoy your morning meal. Lori was so kind and chatted for a while. She was also so kind to share a jalapeño egg muffin on a day it wasn't on the menu and I'm so appreciative. It was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Super friendly and helpful staff when I checked in. Free breakfast was decent. Eggs. Cereal. Fruit. Pastry. Lime water or ice water in the lobby. I have 2 gripes. 1). I was there for 4 nights and got no housekeeping. Apparently you are supposed to get housekeeping every other day but they forgot me. So I had to empty my own trash and had to go fetch more toilet paper on my own 2). The refrigerator was way to cold and froze all my food. No option to change the settings. Only option was a button that turned the fridge off for 8 hours.
