As I was driving back to Chicago, I decided to pull over and spend the night at this hotel. Thanks to Brittney, Guest Service Agent, I was able to locate this property. Again, booked through the Hilton's app and received a great rate on a Saturday night. Brittney had checked me in and reviewed the amenities of the hotel. She was very pleasant! After dropping my stuff in my room, I had decided to check out this property..... The lobby was very inviting to hang out at. The breakfast and dining area were good size. Plenty of seating. Some of the amenities included the spa (pool & whirlpool) area... which was decent size for this hotel. The fitness center is limited, however, offered both cardio machines and free weights. Off of the reception desk, there was a sundry area, which is very convenient for those of us that may not have wanted to go out for some snacks. For an overnighter, the room was just right. Plenty of working and entertainment areas. There is a small microwave and a refrigerator to store and heat up items. The chaise lounge was very comfortable - great touch for this room. The bedding was very satisfactory to my liking. Slept like a baby. Being a Hampton Inn & Suites property, the breakfast is included. The breakfast was okay. Maybe, I used to having scrambled eggs instead of quiche (I think - there wasn't a sign). They were not offering bacon or sausage but another type of meat which was actually good. There was a waffle maker which was great. Overall, the breakfast will not stop me from returning. The manager (I wish I could remember her name - sorry) had checked me out. The procedure was very painless. Then we started to talked about the industry. You could tell, she watched out for her staff members. Overall, a great stay and great hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Easy, excellent hotel. New, modern and comfortable furniture, including the bed with a variety of pillow choices. Great amenities including a gym with a good choice of equipment and a nice size pool. I was here mid-week for work and had no issues with noise although there were definitely kids around as I saw them coming and going. Breakfast was good and fresh. I actually enjoyed the scrambled eggs which can be hard to do when they're made in bulk but these were warm and soft, not rubbery at all. Nice, thick grated mixed cheese to put on top too. Waffles, French toast and all the other continental choices. Cold, cold juices were really tasty.

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms can't wait to use the pool which looked very inviting. Husband already used the exercise room and is happy with that. I would stay here again.

Needed some help booking for a family member and TINA was so incredible -- she assisted me in the best way and I couldn't be more grateful.

We used to live in Kenosha and knew this building as the Heritage House when it was rundown. Since moving away, they have done a beautiful job restoring this building. The decor was swanky and classy. Everything was so clean. We booked a double queen room. The beds were comfortable. There was a mini fridge that we used for leftovers (Valeo's!!). There was also a desk that my husband was able to use for working remotely. The black out curtains on the window were legit. The room was very dark at night and into the morning. Also, the ceilings were concrete which made the room SUPER quiet!! That part was also a relief because we have a toddler and his stomping around was not loud in this hotel. Amazing! The staff was always very friendly on our way in and out of the building each day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!!

Then, just two days before check-in, the hotel canceled my reservation. I specifically chose this property because of its proximity to the starting line of a race I was traveling for. With such short notice, there were no comparable options left nearby, and I ultimately had to cancel the trip altogether. While my money was refunded, there was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to offer any accommodation or alternative solution. Canceling a confirmed reservation at the last minute can seriously disrupt travel plans, and that's exactly what happened here. Very disappointing experience.

There must be new management. The manage mocked us and the fact that they couldn't get the TV to work and said that it must be the satellite. They said nobody else complained but so what. Our TV was not working even if others did. They looked at it and couldn't fix it. They stated that they would give a discount with no way for us to collect the so called discount when I inquired about this so called discount they don't answer the phone and don't call back. I stated that we don't over 200 and did not get what we paid for. The Manager mocked our cost and said some people pay over 300 This hotel is not worth more than a 100 a night with inflation if they would have a working TV but we did not have a working TV What makes it worse is the Manager's mocking us and not caring and the fact that the customer service was horrible Also, the breakfast is so much worse then it used to be Everything is worse except the pool and hot tub. We did not use the pool and hot tub this time but it is the one positive about this hotel It needs to be totally torn down and rebuilt The only tjing that probably keeps it alive and getting guests is that it has a good location by the lake and the harbor Management needs to go or Wyndham is destroying it's brand name

I like how they have both a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The bed is passable however my husband was having back issues the following day. The layout of the hotel is a little odd. Since the building is on a slope, the main lobby is on the 3rd floor, their gym is on the 2nd and the pool is on the 1st. I was hoping to get in an early morning swim so I tried to get to the pool at opening but realized that the pool opens to guests at 9am. I was there way too early so I ended up in the gym for a little bit waiting for the pool. The pool is heated but its not deep. Its 3 feet all around. Hot tub was decent. I was only there for a few minutes and then it started to get busy and then I left. It looks like they've done some refreshes to the lobby and rooms but the exterior entrance tends to have some seedy folk hanging around especially during the night hours. There's clearly understaffing issues because our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The tub in our bathroom had hair stuck to the tiled backsplash and the window curtains had some questionable dark stains. Parking, Wi-fi and breakfast were complementary. Photos weren't shown. The breakfast spread was above average with sausage patties, fresh egg patties and pancakes. Considering it was Labor Day weekend, we were able to get our King Harborside view for $150/night after taxes.

I'd say from the moment we checked in to checking out, staff were very friendly and would say hello and bye each time we came and left, it felt genuine as well. It really added to the great experience. Room was clean and fairly spacious. It was equipped with a mini fridge and that was perfect for storing our cold items. TV was Netflix capable which was a nice addition. We had to call down for towels one time and a staff brought up towels within 5 minutes. Continental breakfast was included with the stay and many different options were offered. Nice clean dining area to sit at and enjoy your morning meal. Lori was so kind and chatted for a while. She was also so kind to share a jalapeño egg muffin on a day it wasn't on the menu and I'm so appreciative. It was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Super friendly and helpful staff when I checked in. Free breakfast was decent. Eggs. Cereal. Fruit. Pastry. Lime water or ice water in the lobby. I have 2 gripes. 1). I was there for 4 nights and got no housekeeping. Apparently you are supposed to get housekeeping every other day but they forgot me. So I had to empty my own trash and had to go fetch more toilet paper on my own 2). The refrigerator was way to cold and froze all my food. No option to change the settings. Only option was a button that turned the fridge off for 8 hours.
