They take advantage of customers who aren't knowledgeable about cars, double charge for work they previously did incorrectly, offer no explanations for charges prior to billing, attempt to perform work unrelated to the primary issue the vehicle is brought in, order unnecessary expensive parts when more affordable ones are readily available, and care nothing about their customer's budget. If you have a small fortune you're looking to spend, put it to some better use by setting a match to it instead.

I figured it must be an alignment issue, and told the guys here. They quickly informed me that it was NOT the alignment but rather one of the tires, which had gone all egg-shaped. We ordered a new set of tires and they got them picked up and installed quickly. The staff here was friendly, helpful, and didn't try to take advantage of the out of towners, even when I'd given them the opening by suggesting a more expensive fix. I'm really glad we came here.
