The issue with peeling was resolved after my posts were reviewed by the technician who painted the wheels agreeing they will honor their lifetime guarantee. While the corporate office was not helpful at all and claimed I caused the damage the technician read my post and reached out highly apologetic that it took a bad review for them to act and help correct the issue. This place is terrible please message me at 724-710-8344 so I can tell you how this company treated me and the trash work they perform and the stress they caused me and my wheels are still trashed. I'll post pictures and the company tried to tell me it's because I drove on them for 1 day also they got black paint on my calipers. And the one girl tech that works for them performs trash work. When she came to do a warranty repair she just basically spray painted a thin layer over the top of the wheel causing them to fail early.. she didn't go back and resand or anything I'm calling the better business boro and suing them as we speak. They will not make my wheel proper again. And caused my family a lot of stress !! They did a horrible job repairing my wheel. They left excess paint on multiple spots on my rim, they left additional damage on my rim & they spray painted on top of my red Brembo brakes leaving dirt stuck underneath. read more

I have a 2011 Camaro Rally Sport with factory wheels finished in "Midnight Silver". The factory finish had started to peel and all four rims had some degree of curb rash. I wanted to keep the original look of the rims, but quickly learned this would be a challenge due to the special color composition of the factory rim. Then I discovered Wheels On Site, who was very familiar with my special wheel color and the history of GM wheel peeling. I am very pleased with the complete wheel refinishing process, WheelsOnsite is a top notch company that my local body shop recommended to me. The tech that came out to my home is named Rob Rhodes. Very professional hardworking guy, he described the complete process to me and was very careful working on my car. Rob is an artist as far as I am concern, he did such a great job I would venture to say he made my wheels look better than original. The Infiniti hyper silver is a very difficult finish to repair, in fact, other wheel refinishers could not do the repair or said it would not look the same. I had all 4 wheels done, so be ready to have your car tied up for several hours so they can do the job right. I can't over emphasis the care and artistry Rob used in performing his work.
