    Damaged Rim
    Christopher H.

I contacted WheelsOnSite after my BMW suffered curb rash. They promptly confirmed they could repair the rim and scheduled a repair at my home. "Dan the wheel man" from WheelsOnSite contacted me before his visit to provide his arrival time. He was both friendly and professional. Dan explained the repair process in detail including having a clear coat paint, assuring me the rim would look close to new. Initially unsure of what to expect, I observed him diligently working during my meetings. Upon completion, I struggled to locate the original damage on the rim. Dan finished the repair in just a couple of hours, cost of repair was about $200 vs the cost of a new BMW M Rim $1000 I highly recommend Dan the wheel man and WheelsOnSite.

The issue with peeling was resolved after my posts were reviewed by the technician who painted the wheels agreeing they will honor their lifetime guarantee. While the corporate office was not helpful at all and claimed I caused the damage the technician read my post and reached out highly apologetic that it took a bad review for them to act and help correct the issue. So in the end I am happy with the work.

Left scratches near center cap & around nuts

They did a horrible job repairing my wheel. They left excess paint on multiple spots on my rim, they left additional damage on my rim & they spray painted on top of my red Brembo brakes leaving dirt stuck underneath.

    After

The entire wheels on site team was great! I was quoted a multiple week wait via other shops. Wheels on Site confirmed they could fix my issue via Yelp and set me up with an appointment very quickly after. I was kept up to date as to when my appointment time was and when the tech would arrive. The job was done the day of the appointment within a few hours. Nico was an awesome technician. He explained the process to me in detail and did an awesome job. I truly could not be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

    Top left is the damage

Within a few days they came out and fix the repair on my wheel and now I can't even tell that I ever was an idiot and damaged my wheel

Have a 2016 Mazda 6 that I love...with one exception: it was equipped with wheels whose clear coat cracked and peeled. Luckily, Mazda backs their products and hired WheelsOnSite to do the work. They called immediately and scheduled a convenient time for me. Their technician, Eddy, showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. Lots of attention to detail and painstaking care while working on my wheels. The result is almost better than new! I'm very pleased with the results. Posted a before and after to show the difference. It's night and day. I highly recommend the company.

So, what to do when your spouse and her brand new vehicle come home with the passenger side wheels showing the result of a losing battle with the concrete curbing in front of your house? First, you calm her down and tell her this happens to everyone. Then you promise her it can be fixed at a reasonable cost. Third, you call Kwicksilver in Warrington, PA, for an appointment for them to make the wheels look brand new again. This stops the crying and upset when you explain they will take her car in Monday morning, and have it ready for pickup Wednesday afternoon. Next, you have to find their business on an industrial back street off Street Road, a minor challenge. The shop is as grimy and dusty as you can imagine after years with seeing a shopvac or nary a broom. But, while they won't win a Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, they will doctor your wheels and nurse them back to nearly newborn condition. Friendly dudes, for sure. At $150/wheel, the price is right. I would pay more to keep my wife (and myself) in positive spirits. A gritty 5 Stars for Kwicksilver.

He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. I understand emergency services cost money, The reason I am devastated is because he SCAMMED me by telling me its a brand new tire when he new it was used and just wanted to make hundreds In proffit by ripping me off. First time I ever write a review, Just what an awful experience i had and hope This doesn't happen to any of my fellow truckers Nonetheless I believe this young man could have a profitable business by just being honest and not scamming hard working individuals. Not a way to succeed in life. Now I am out 1,100$ and have buy a new tiew as I cannot use this defective used tire on a steer semitruck. Just wanted to share my experience.
