If you do choose this company be advised they will charge you $175/hr hour for each technician. When the proposal was issued, it stated $175/hr., and did not detail it would be for EACH technician. That detail amounts to $350/ per hour for the two technicians sent to install. It was never explained neither in writing in the proposal, nor verbally while the salesman was in our home. When the final bill arrived, and we questioned the charge, the response was in line with a bait & switch method. Words such as "in our figured matrix" were offered. We asked for a compromise due to their non transparency in the proposal which was totally ignored. The system we bought was Ring equipment, which we purchased separately based on their recommendation. I believe Ring charges $150/hr but not for PER person. As seniors, we felt taken advantage of. We hope this review will help others.
