They also always have lots of user-friendly houseplants to choose from. I've had really good luck with the plants I've bought, including some gorgeous orchids. It may sound corny, but I like knowing that I'm supporting a small business owned and operated by wonderful people, as small brick & mortars that help give a town character are becoming fewer and farther between. Fireplace work great, it was like he was never here, except that the fireplace worked. He also fixed a problem with the external vent being to close to the clapboard siding. "Who Knew?' Dave did. When you call Jackson, insist on Dave. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and an attention to detail that impressed even me, and I can be a little OCD.

We spoke…read morewith Dave on the phone to gather information (pricing, options on color, sizes, etc.) that I could share with other family members. He recommended we get two arrangements of the same style and color to put at either end of the casket for balance and he recommended a red, white and blue color theme in honor of the deceased's military service. We are unable to hold burial services until the Spring as their cemetery plot is behind a locked gate until the ground thaws. Therefore we did not purchase a floral 'casket blanket' or place the arrangements in cemetery baskets. Rather, we chose to have the arrangements in vases for family members to take home with them. Piccirillo was familiar with this need (not uncommon in this area) and let us know what choices we had available. The customer service was friendly and helpful. When other family members called to place their orders he knew exactly what they needed to coordinate the flowers. Payment was done easily over the phone and I received a text receipt for my payment right away. Flowers were delivered to the funeral home the morning of services. Everything went smoothly and the flowers are beautiful.
