If you go in with a vision for what you want, they will show you what is possible and bring out examples to make the flower arrangement as lovely as you can imagine. After having some not great experiences with other florists, this was just the kind of service that we needed. And the flowers were as wonderful as the customer service: bright, colorful, and beautiful. I want to give a shout-out to Wood Bros Florist. I'm in California and just looked on Yelp to order an arrangement for my friend in Chelmsford. It's always a challenge to order things from across the country. But they were so good to work with and responsive to my voicemail and most importantly they created a really beautiful arrangement and delivered exactly when they said they would! I ordered the "Coming Home" arrangement that has a Thomas Kinkaid cottage as the centerpiece. It lights up and glows beautifully!! The lady who responded told me when I ordered it that they'd been swamped with orders and would probably run out of that cottage. There wouldn't be a good substitute for it, So she went and tagged one with my name on it for my order, since I was ordering several days in advance. So, it was Monday at 1:00. I desperately needed flowers delivered today. I called Wood Brothers and a beautiful arrangement was delivered in approximately one hour from my call to place the order. I initially called the Flower Mill downtown Lowell but without even asking where the flowers were going to be delivered to, which was the next street over from their shop, the employee that answered the phone said no, the soonest would be tomorrow. Well, they are open until 6:00 but I guess 5 hours wasn't enough time for them to make a sale. This is the exact reason why Woods Brothers has been in business for so long and will out last the Flower Mill. Thank you Woods Brothers. Sometimes things come up and flowers say you care.
