This florist is awful. My boyfriend always orders flowers for me on special occasions and just because times. He usually does it online using FTD or Proflowers. When he uses FTD, it always seems to be sent via Holland flowers and I will send him a picture of them and he will send me a picture back of what they are SUPPOSED to look like. Every single time they do not look like what was ordered. Always half the roses that were paid for and so on. The arraignment is always much smaller, never the correct flowers and filled in with cheap carnations and so on. read more

I wanted to order a garden dish for a wake. They didn't have one to show me but since the funeral was in three days they said they could put one together. They said like $100, I said fine, was $118 with taxes and delivery (funeral home was a mile down the road). I went to the wake and the paint on the clay pot was chipping (see photo). I reached out to them but haven't heard back. I saw what I wanted at other florists but wanted to give this smaller shop the business. read more

Terrible experience. Asked for a $60 bouquet (no vase) of carnations for my wife for Valentines Day. I paid Tues when i ordered. When i went to pick up Friday i was handed the smallest arrangement of 2 roses, 3 carnations, babys breath & a bunch of greens. I thought they had the wrong order. The lady there asked if i wanted more flowers added... after a second lame bouquet (maybe $20 worth) i left. Could of done way better at DeMoulas. From now on, DeMoulas!!! read more

I highly recommend Holland Flowers. I have bought flowers and cacti from them, my family used them for all of our proms and junior socials for corsages, and they have beautiful bouquets and arrangements for events. I am reviewing Holland Flowers now specifically because we had a very sudden death in our family, and my mother contacted Holland Flowers the day before the Mercy Meal was held to order sunflower arrangements, as they were the person's favorite flowers. We did not know what we wanted aside from sunflowers, so the arrangements were entirely the idea of the person who created these for us. Holland went above and beyond, made us six beautiful arrangements for less than $150 dollars altogether, and were extremely knowledgeable and quick - without sacrificing quality. We are extremely grateful for the help and service we received from Holland Flowers, especially due to the last-minute nature of our order. We could not be more impressed, and received many compliments on the beauty of the arrangements. If you're in the area, go to Holland Flowers for your events, or just for plants for home. They are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always deliver the best quality products. I came here on Valentine's Day and even though it was crazy, the service was helpful. There are plenty of options and I went for a potted Orchid. They have their own parking lot and do take orders in advance. They are reasonably priced for the quality you get. read more

Got a beautiful vase of gerberas delivered to my sister for Mother's Day. The arrangement was wonderful. I also paid for a Mother's Day balloon to be attached. When I went over to my sisters to see the arrangement, the balloon said "best wishes!" Best wishes.... Not happy Mother's Day! I called to ask why a Mother's Day balloon wasn't delivered and they said they ran out of Mother's Day balloons! I wish they would have called me and told me and gave me a refund for the balloon. Kinda odd that it said "best wishes!" I'm giving 3 stars because the arrangement was beautiful, but as for their customer service, I wish they could have told me about the balloon error. read more

The balloons were delivered all twisted and the delivery person took a couple of minutes to untangle them. Less than 24 hours, the balloons were deflated. This is pathetic. Emailed the company two weeks ago, no response. read more

Excellent customer service! I place an order online for delivery and foolishly didn't realize that the recipient was on vacation at that time. When I realized my mistake, they went out of their way to make sure that a fresh arrangement would be delivered later in the week. When I found out that the recipient was further delayed due to travel issues and wouldn't be home for the adjusted delivery date, I called them and they again graciously agreed to deliver it at a later date. Meg was so helpful and remembered me when I called and I can't thank them enough for being so understanding and going above and beyond to make sure that the arrangement was delivered fresh. read more

I was looking for a florist in the Bradford/Haverhill area and decided to try this florist. I am so glad I did. I explained what I wanted for a sick friend, and hoped for the best. I purchased flowers for my mothers funeral from Hollands in which they were White Roses and 9 Red the reason for this special arrangement was sentimental .The flowers that were sent were regular flowers and 9 red roses there were no white roses. After sitting with the sales person at Hollands we verified the order twice. The owner of Hollands agreed they had made a mistake,but has no regret for it.
