Our regular house cleaner has an injured shoulder so I scheduled Beach Pro Cleaners. I booked them Nov. 5 for a deep cleaning today (Nov. 29) right before Baby #2 comes, and the owner just texted to say she has to cancel because of the rain, which she considers "an emergency." It would've been nice to at least be given an advanced notice (rather than a text and an email the day before confirming the cleaning!) but I guess common courtesy isn't something this business offers. Also, I'm not sure how this is a veteran-owned business. How did they get through boot camp if rain is stopping them from doing their jobs? I don't know any adult who has skipped work because of the rain! read more

Where do I even begin?! I've had nothing but positive experiences with Beach Pro Cleaners for over a year now. This yelp review is WAY overdue. I decided to treat myself to a "deep clean" back in January and Beach Pro Cleaners was the first to respond to my inquiry. The rapid reply was followed by consistent and clear communication. I'll start off by saying that Beach Pro Cleaners are VERY prompt and very responsive - all great traits/characteristics! I originally found them on Yelp, saw the pictures and reviews, and thought we'd go for it. We were able to schedule a time pretty quickly and let them know what areas we wanted cleaned: - Master bedroom - Master bathroom - Guest bathroom - Kitchen Beach Pro Cleaners' rates were very reasonable, so we moved forward with them after they provided us a quick quote. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. For the areas they were given, they did a FANTASTIC job. They worked quickly and effectively, finishing in a reasonable amount of time. They asked my ex if there was anywhere else he wanted them to clean and he requested that they sweep/vacuum the living room floor as there was still some dog hair our Roomba hadn't picked up. They said they would do it, but didn't. :( Overall, not a terrible thing because they took care of everything else just like we requested, so it was fine. Always friendly. We have two dogs that get really excited when visitors come over and they are great with the dogs. They've taken very good care of our home. I'd give them a 4.5/5 if yelp would allow, but I didn't want to ding them a whole star because I really am very happy with their service. I needed to schedule a deep clean ASAP and Jen was fast with the communication and responded to my quote request with a next day availability which I really appreciated. She honored her quote and sent Dylan who was great to work with. He came and used his mask appropriately so felt comfortable having someone in the home during covid. He did an awesome job on my ceramic cooktop and spot cleaning walls, and was open to using some of my non-toxic cleansers. There were a couple detail items that were initially missed but I did request he go back over and I appreciated that he asked me to check and see if I was happy before he moved on. Also, one small suggestion would be to have a quick little consult/walkthrough with the homeowner to go over what needs to be done/ expectations because I realized some of the items I was communicating directly with The owner on weren't relayed to the worker that came but he was happy to do them. I have used Beach Pro Cleaners to clean my one bedroom apartment in Oceanside a couple of times now. Each time I received excellent service and they show up right on time! The last time Christine cleaned my place spotless. I did pay extra for the deep cleaning service and that is exactly what I got. Hired them for move-in cleaning. Initial communication with the owner was okay, but not the best, as her replies were very brief and not super informative about what would be going on. There was also some confusion about pricing, as they tried to charge me full price for a 4-hour cleaning, despite only spending half the time to clean the unit. The cleaning was also decent, but not thorough as advertised. I imagine if I were there to be able to tell them to go over certain places that needed more cleaning, they would do it though, as the staff seemed friendly. Overall, they did an okay job. Jen and her team have been working in my home for almost 2 1/2 months on a weekly basis. As I am nearing the end of my pregnancy and my husband was deployed until recently, she has been a life saver! I am very ocd when it comes to cleaning and have high expectations for a job well done. They meet the mark every week and it's been so comforting to come home to such a clean space! They even care for our dog Bear; letting him out while they are there and inside when finished. They delivered great service again-spotless clean! They are very friendly, fast but detail oriented- Jennifer even cleaned the floor molding for us! Not only were they able to accommodate us in a short amount of time, but they were very flexible to work around our movers when the process was taking much longer than we expected. They sent out Nicolas to do the cleaning, she did an amazing job the apartment looked great. Jen called be and gave me an update on the status of the clean and informed me that it was going to take a extra 1.5 hours longer than she quoted due to the condition. Oh my GOSH!!! Between opening a business and severely injuring my hand last year, my house has been disgustingly neglected.
