I definitely feel what I paid was too much. When you add up the hours it costs a lot more than you should be paying for move out service. It took 6 hours to clean a 2 bedroom empty apartment. I hired Delia to do a move out cleaning for my condo three weeks prior to my move out date. She then proceeded to cancel on me the day of my move out and messaged me that she had a church meeting she had forgotten about. She offered to come the following day but I had already advised her that I needed the cleaning done in that specific day because that was the last day of my lease and new tenants were moving in the following day and I was leaving for an out of state move. She said she was sorry and she did her best. I would never be able to recommend a business that cancels out at the time they are supposed to be there rendering their much needed services. Truly a wonderful person, always on time and the house is sparkling when she is done. More than just fabulous cleaning, she uses the products that I prefer, is very flexible about helping out with laundry, cleaning bed sheets and redressing and occasionally cleaning the fridge, etc. Delia once found my rings in the washing machine and texted me right away to tell me. I just moved into a house and haven't had time to clean, it's been dusty and dirty from painters and repair people coming in and out. I have a two story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. My 2nd floor is empty and first level is occupied (we're still living out of boxes). Delia was responsive and sent two cleaners. They did a deep cleaning for 7 hours! The price I paid for 7 hrs of deep cleaning was reasonable. They did a really great job and I feel so much better knowing the house is at least clean. They were also easy to talk to and kind! I did notice the control panel of our new stovetop became discolored after the cleaning. Contacted Delia and she handled the situation with care, professionalism and promptness.
