While our schedule didn't allow us to take advantage of that, Andrew, the owner, personally reached out to make things right. One thing I noted from the beginning is how communicative this company is, and their follow-through has only reinforced that. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. If you're looking for a company that communicates well, follows through, and genuinely cares about making things right when expectations aren't met, I would absolutely recommend giving La Clean House a try. read more

Matt and Elbert were friendly, professional, and did a pretty good job with our whole house cleaning after our renovation! They worked hard cleaning inside our appliances, cleaning window screens, and vacuuming with their hepa-filter vacuums. They were also willing to help us move some furniture and sweep up outside. Every time had a disaster happen. I used this company few years ago and had a great experience not sure what has happened but since last year I used them two time and not a great experience. They send one person so it takes a long time. They leave their cleaning supplies behind like under the bed or argue that they cleaned something they have not. Broke frames on the wall. They need to care more about peoples belonging when they are in your home cleaning. I have reached my limits and as much as I as I hate to store a bad review I had to post this in hopes they will improve their quality. read more

Requested deep clean service. They only sent 1 cleaner really (technically 2 but the other left before cleaning much), but Matt worked so hard for over 9hours straight to clean everything thoroughly. The price is ok for the detail of service with Matt, just wish they had sent more people so it would have been done sooner. read more

Albert did great cleaning our home. We had booked for a deep cleaning service in our apartment and he was pretty thorough when cleaning the stove, behind the stove, behind the fridge, and the vents above the stove. He was also able to remove some copper staining that was occurring from the air conditioning drain that was dripping into our bathtub. We did pay quite a bit for the deep cleaning, and but was a bit let down when they initially told they weren't going to clean behind appliances. The baseboards, windows, window sills were overlooked until they were reminded that it still needed to be wiped down. One of the cleaners had left the curtains tied up and didn't restore the blinds to its proper place and left them looking like she just pressed the duster against them to wipe them down. If we weren't home I'm unsure what state our place would've been in and I think we would've received maintenance quality cleaning versus a deep cleaning service, but at the end of the day I'm grateful Albert did fulfill our requests and I was satisfied with the cleaning. read more

PLEASE save your money and don't use. I hired this company after seeing reviews and it absolutely was a horrible experience. Told them in advance inwhat I needed for move-out clean (2500 sq ft) and even confirmed services covered. On day of service 1st guy showed up at start time of 0930-and said there would be 3 people working. 2nd guy showed up a bit later. 1st guy ended up leaving at 12:45-did not communicate with me as to why. 2nd guy (Matt) was super kind and tried to resolve some issues but couldn't Spoke to Joyce as to my complaints- dirty floors with shoes prints, windows dirty, over not fully cleaned, wrong cleaner used on floors, streak marks all over glass and stainless steel appliances etc etc. (they also used all my trash bags and new paper towels package I had left for renter) Joyce said she would send new crew today at 8am. -same first guy showed up solo- and I said no way. He then yelled and threatened me in my driveway to place a lien on my house etc for failure to pay. I texted Joyce to call me and have received zero response. Unacceptable behavior, unacceptable service. To be fair-there were areas done ok but overall this the worst experience. Please save your money. read more

Hired La Clean House to do a post construction cleaning for my 3 units in North Park. due to my poor planning, i still have contractors in the units finishing up their work while the cleaning is going on. However, thanks to Elbert, Athviel, and Marina, they were super flexible and worked around my contractors. They had to clean a few spots a couple times due to my contractor making a mess while finishing up. when I bought the units a month ago, the bathrooms are nasty and I didn't think the bath tub couple to saved. i was surprised that the tub and toilets look brand new afterward. Words cannot express how satisfy I am with their work and flexibility. If you want precision cleaning, don't bother looking for any other cleaning company because La Clean House is the best. Andrew was so responsive when I reached out about my disastrous subleasing situation, and he was quite earnest when I spoke with him. He and his team don't charge by the hour; they charge based on the task and he assured me that if I was not satisfied with the cleaning job, they would keep going/come back until I was. Their quality standard really shows in that you have to book them out in advance (they weren't available for like five days when I asked). Andrew came by to do the walkthrough the same morning as the cleaning so it was a very efficient process. Elbert then came by to do the cleaning. His attention to detail was spectacular and he really got into all of the crevices of things. He explained to me that everyone on the team had to get thoroughly trained and certified, so they're intentional about everything even down to which cleaning solution they're using for what. I could actually breathe in the apartment space again and use things like the oven without fear of consuming lots of gunk. They're incredibly thorough and no task was too tall for their crew. Elbert had no problem coming ON New Year's Day to clean my new home at NO additional charge. I hired this company based on the good reviews. They quoted me a high price for an initial deep clean that I expected would be a team at my house for a few hours at least. Instead it was one guy who showed up late and did a surface level maintenance clean in under two hours. They still insisted on the full high price for the job they did not do. Won't use them again and don't recommend. read more
