This is the 2nd time we stayed here (last time was in 2022), we came to find out that this house was sold between then and now and the new owners live out of town and don't seem to care about maintaining the property. It is also being managed by new Realty company, who I think needs to take some of the blame for the current condition of this rental. The condition is a 180 from the last time we were here. From the moment we arrived, it was a huge letdown compared to the last stay. The house was filthy; floors covered in dirt & sand, porches & outdoor furniture covered with ants & spiders, mold on most of the outdoor decks, outdoor shower not working (main valve wasn't even turned on), pool liner obviously pulling away from sidewall, broken light fixture just hanging from ceiling, one oven not working, door alarms that lead to pool covered with painters tape, door jams so dirty you could barely open some of the sliding doors, same bathroom fans not working - that is just to name a few things. This rental was overpriced for what it was, and we left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I strongly recommend that Siebert Realty inspect and reevaluate this listing --it's not fair to future renters to pay this much and have this experience. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Think twice before working with Siebert Realty as well!

I was quite happy with everything - I mean, it wasn't a dream mansion, but it's $75/night!! - until I realized the neighbors upstairs are super noisy! It sounds like they're doing construction all day. I imagine if we had come in the summer, it would have been awesome, since we probably would have spent most of the time on the beach, however, since it's November, we spent a lot of time inside, watching movies. The TV in the living room is hung quite high, and it's an awkward way to watch TV unless you're lying down on the couch. Everything is in good, clean condition, and the owners have taken a lot of care in decorating the place. Lots of blankets and towels available, which was nice. Again, for $75/night, I think this was a steal - hopefully, the upstairs neighbors will learn to be more considerate or put carpeting down, in which case, I would love to come back during beach season!

Their was a small (tabletop) ironing board and no iron, so we notified the owners and they had someone who lived on the property to bring us a new one the same day, which was very helpful and saved us from purchasing one. The Boardwalk has many types of cuisine that you may want,with in walking distance; as well as different activities and shopping.The Irving Condo's also provide you with beach equipment which is helpful and saves you from having to purchase chairs & tents to enjoy your beach time. Their is only one parking space available per condo, thankfully there was a neighbor who offered her parking space to us to use for our guests and family who visit. My husband and I had the opportunity to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise, it was breathtaking and romantic. We rented the condo for a week we were pleased.

I have dozens of photos showing the mold and the poor state of the house and you cannot capture in picture how bad the first floor smelled.

The Sanctuary property is huge with 2 large, colorful complexes with parking garages underneath. Each complex has a pool and concrete area in the middle with grills and dining tables. There is also a 3rd pool at the beach entrance. We loved our unit. It was clean and updated. Water pressure was great in the showers. The storage closet that came with our unit was very nice to have so we didn't have to lug our things up to the condo from the beach each day. The grills at the pool were plentiful and very nice to have access to use. The beach in front of the Sanctuary was beautiful! It was crowded as to be expected but we put our things out early enough each day to get close to the water. The sand was soft and there were no shells like other beaches we have been to. We were also treated to dolphins in the water for the majority of the week which was a first for me. It was like they just sat out there waiting to perform! We did have to get used to the Navy planes flying overhead in their training missions but again, that was to be expected given where we were. Our only complaints are that more parking for residents/renters is needed and that the balconies and walk ways could use a weekly cleaning due to cobwebs. (That's probably a personal preference) We will be back!!

You see several dolphins and the first half it's slower, but coming back is where the fun begins. You're going to probably get wet, and a hat or loose wig isn't recommended!! Strap that ish down or be prepared to lose it!! Lol. I also recommend sun shades because salt water in your eyes could screw up the experience. My very first ride I got drenched and my eyes burned for a while. I wore my bathing suit this time, so the water was fine with me. It's good for kids and adults. My 84 year old grandma had a wonderful time!! Also remember to bring cash to tip the crew at the end. I do this every year during the summer, it's always fun. Definitely check them out!!!

I went with my little brother, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. The boat was clean and comfortable, and the crew was so friendly and knowledgeable. They created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere for everyone on board. There's also a gift shop in the center of the boat with air conditioning, bathrooms, a gift shop, and a sleuth of reasonably priced food and drinks. The entire ride drom start to finish is about 90 minutes. We didn't have to wait long at all before spotting our first dolphins, and before we knew it, there were pods swimming right alongside us. It was absolutely unforgettable. My little brother was amazed, and honestly, so was I. The views were stunning, the vibe was relaxing, and the dolphin sightings were nonstop. This was one of those experiences I'll never forget. If you've been thinking about doing it, just go. You won't regret it. PS: Parking is free right by the dock when you purchase a ticket.

I always leave with high hopes as the photos, provided online are so wonderful - the expectation is that when you get to the weekly rental (6300+ for 1 week) that it will be clean and beautiful. Here is the good part - 2441 Sandfiddler is spacious- so 3 floors allows for privacy and family. Plenty of parking. Across from the beach access - with clean empty beach. Dogs are welcome but the pet fee is high. Fence yard give the pets or kids someplace enclosed - but there are issues with the yard. The good news is that Beach Pros Reality was very responsive. Most of the issues we found were corrected and therefore the next family will be very happy! Our trip had issues that we needed to point out. Now for the Bad Part: So let's start with clean: there is my standard of clean and then there is what the house actually looks like. In this case - the home was swept and appeared clean - but then let's look a bit deeper. Stove was filthy (inside and top) - here are photos to show what sandbridge realty approves as clean is just a basic wipe off. Then the fly in the fridge, the filters for the AC return and the general appearance of out side (see photos). Yard has hazards and really no appeal. The house has huge vaulted ceilings and an AC until working overtime to cool the huge space - it struggled and was not really successful mid day in May - can't imagine what July would be like. Furnishings are very used old items that the goodwill would not take if donated - the sofas are old and tired support, no springs, uncomfortable. Let's now go to the amenities - hot tub with hot water full of sands and pool that you can not see the bottom makes you wonder if you should actually get in. Our guests had fear about getting in. In fact the lady's stated that they might get a urinary track disease or worse. Worse once the pool guy got to the house he tried to blame the issues On the prior family. Even went on to say that it looked like food in the hot tub - I can tell you it was not food!

I called a week before our arrival to ask about their cleaning process and to request an early check-in. In response to these questions, I got cussed out by a Beach Pros staff member. 2. According to Beach Pros, the house was subjected to a "deep clean". However, this place was disgusting. I had to clean this entire house before I was comfortable letting my family in. Similar to some of the feedback in other Google reviews, Beach Pros was quick to blame me for the state of the house. According to them, the house was dirty because they let me check in early and weren't able to clean the house well enough. They had 2 full days between the prior tenant and me to clean this house. 3. Beach Pros and/or the owner has neglected to do basic maintenance of this house (Salty Dog). For example, the dining room light was missing 3 of the 6 light bulbs, tiles were not attached to the floor, screens had huge holes in them, the front door doesn't seem to be secured to the door frame, etc. 4. False Advertising. According to the Beach Pros website, the house we rented had free weights and an elliptical. However, this equipment was not in the house. After cleaning the entire house and my daughter hurting herself with the screens and floor tiles, I said enough is enough. On day 2 I requested to check-out early for a refund on the unused nights. They refused and offered to send someone over to clean the house, which I declined because I already cleaned the house. I tried to talk to the general manager, but she never called me back. I also reached out to the owner (twice) and she never called me back, either.
