Driver had a flat tire, ok but still should call so we can make another arrangement. We decided to give them another chance upon our return flight. Again no car there and we had to call multiple times to even get ahold of anyone. Once we finally got someone to answer the phone, they said it would be another 20-30 minutes before the driver would arrive. The whole point of a car service is so you don't need to wait. What a joke!

The cab driver and the cab itself on the other hand, pretty awful. He told me 10-15 minutes, he took 30. The cab had no AC and was old and beat up(although at least not dirty). He drove unsafely and was unprofessional because he was angry about us having a dog. Yellow Cab has trained their drivers on dog policy and we've never had an issue. This company is apparently more fly by night, so your service is going to vary greatly depending on which cab driver you get.
