Overall I enjoyed my experience at the Boca Raton brightline station! It was my first time taking a train, so I wasn't sure what to expect but the employees made this a super easy process. It took me less than one minute to make it through security, and this was during Thanksgiving weekend, so busy time of the year. I do think the station could use more signage inside to make it more obvious where to wait and what coach is where. For someone new, like myself, I had no idea we were to board based on our coach sections. Had there been signage it would have made the processs a lot simpler, however I cannot complain too much because the employees were so quick to help and direct. The station itself was beautiful and modern. There was plenty of seating. There is a small market inside to buy snacks, beverages, and even alcoholic drinks. There was also a tv that showed trains expected ETA and if there were any delays. Overall really enjoyed my experience and will plan to use the brightline again in the future at the Boca station

Sunglasses on, coffee in hand, and pretend you're in a music video when the train pulls up. This little station is like the cheat code for South Florida travel -- blink and you're already on your way. Convenient, clean, and smack in the middle of Boca, it's the stop that gets you where you need to go without the headache of parking garages that feel like labyrinths. You walk in, grab your ticket, maybe a snack, and before you know it you're zipping to Miami or West Palm like some kind of futuristic commuter. No nonsense, no chaos -- just Brightline being the smooth operator it is. If you're in Boca and not using this stop, you're basically still living in 1999.

Such an easy-going station when it comes to parking, checking in, scamming luggage, and boarding. Very clean and quiet inside. I prefer this station as it is less congested and busy as to some of the other local Florida ones.

This location is not as fancy as orlando but is well lit, clean and easily accessible. The only issue I have is they do not announced our update the arrival/departure time when the train was over 20 mins late until after I asked the attendant. Staff is nice and seem to speak multiple languages which is good since so many international travelers are utilizing the brightline to commute from orlando to Miami.

So cute and convenient! Close to Mizner Park, beaches and Boca lifestyle! Easy parking too!

First timers ... heading to Miami for the afternoon. The station is clean and well kept. The place even smelled clean! Boca station staff were awesome and friendly. Really a pleasant experience at the station.

Had a great first experience on the Brightline from Boca to Orlando and back. The station was clean, and staff members were kind and helpful. The station featured a store to get some snacks and bites and plenty of seating. The trip itself was easy breezy. The train arrived precisely in time, and passengers were notified when to go outside to board. There are comfortable seats with large trays on the seat before you. We had places to store our suitcases. Plenty of places to plug in. People were quiet and respectful. We even got into Orlando a few minutes early. I'd definitely take the train again to visit Orlando because it gave me a break from having to do the long drive as I usually do. If going to the parks, I recommend the Mears shuttle that leaves right from Terminal C. The walk to Terminal C was easy and there's lots of signage. The Mears shuttle being right there makes it easy for Brightline customers.

I thought this station was very well kept compared to some of the others i have been to. It was less hectic, clean, and had a good assortment of snacks. The staff was very attentive in the premium lounge. Food was limited to snacks unlike some of the other stations which had fresh food

This brightline station is smaller than Orlando, Ft Lauderdale or Miami, but what it doesn't have in physical size, it makes up on personality. Had a very pleasant experience here. Going through security and boarding was the easiest experience I have had. The Premium Lounge was well stocked, and had items you won't find on the train or at the other stations. The Premium Lounge here was smaller than the rest, but I liked it far better than Ft Lauderdale or Miami.

Had a great experience at this station. I found the process quick & easy. The staff was really friendly and the station was very clean. I got to experience the premium lounge, which was a really pleasant experience as well. The convenience of the brightline is so great.

First time user of the Brightline, from Boca Raton to Orlando. The Boca station is brand new, immaculately maintained and well staffed. There are two waiting areas, one for premiere clients and the other one for all the others. The premiere lounge offers complimentary snacks and non alcoholic beverages, as well as a fully stocked bar. Comfortable seating in clustered arrangements, lots of plus for your equipment to get changed. Also has free WiFi. It was a pleasant area to wait. While I did not use the parking garage I could see a multistory structure which can hold about 600 vehicles. An enjoyable hassle free experience.

I decided to catch a Heat game the other weekday and planned to drive down for the event. I had a few different people telling me how smooth and easy the Brightline was. So against my own thoughts on it, I decided to take the Bright line down and back. My reservations were mixed with positive thoughts about it. with only a couple stops between Boca and Miami, and it being rush hour traffic after work, it seemed like it would at least be much quicker than driving. I was happy that as I was buying the tickets I realized they had parking right on premise too, so I didn't have to think about taking a ride-share to the station. When i walked in and scanner my premier ticket I got to hang out the VIP lounge. They had plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks I was pleased to see so many Heat fans coming in pumped up to go see the game too. Boarding was smooth, and a beautiful train. it was easy to recline a bit and they came every few minutes with complimentary drinks and snacks. The return was very smooth, the Miami terminal is plenty close to the stadium. I was back in the new and sleek clean vibes of the Boca station. It couldn't have been a better experience.

The station is new and still needs to be finished. We were able to go in and check in through security without a problem. It was a decent ride on New Year's Day and it wasn't crowded on the holiday, which was nice. It's smaller than the West Palm Beach Station. The premium lounge and market isn't open yet. However, the charging stations for electronic devices were working while waiting on the train to arrive despite of some of the areas being under construction. We were able to sit comfortably and was able to wait outside for a small period of time before the train arrived. There is plenty of room on board to stretch out your legs and sit back during the ride. You have the option to purchase drinks and snacks during the ride if you desire. If you upgrade to a higher level seating for an extra cost, the food and drinks are complimentary. There are staff members making sure everyone is comfortable and on standby for food and beverages if needed. Even though it's a little costly, I recommend taking the Brightline since it's clean, so easy to bypass all of the traffic on 95, and a smooth ride to wherever you got to go. We took it from the Boca station to the Aventura station and it was a half hour. There are more stops to be added in the future and I find it's the way to go if you don't want to drive through the traffic. Thanks for the trip!

We went back home from this station a few days later. It was easy to get in and through security. We headed to the premium lounge - there was one other person there. I tried to get some wine from the spigot and I could not figure it out. Luckily- the one person there had done it before. He showed me how to have to select the wine on the electronic part to turn on the spigot, and then you can pour. The Orlando station has wine but doesn't have that electronic control board. So that was confusing but I was happy for the assistance from a random person. Thank you random person! I tried two of their wines and made myself a little dinner plate. They had meatballs in marinara and a chicken Alfredo fettuccini dish in the hot part. The cold part had a charcuterie board with rolled up meats and sliced cheeses. They also had hummus with pita and garlic bread. There was an attendant that came through to check the stock and replenish things. They brought a brand new meat and cheese plate while we were there. They're not checking very closely though because there was a long piece of hair tangled around the utensil for the fettuccini. Pretty gross but also that's what you get when it's an unattended buffet. There was plenty of seating and each chair had a port to charge your devices. It has a creative architectural design that makes it more pleasant to not only look at, but inhabit and circulate. My standard critiques that the station and rail lines were evidently contemplated to build upon the locational efficiencies next to the freeway exist, but at least in addition to facing a (too) massive surface vehicular parking lot, it's design is carried through to the bus stops and on the other façade, faces mid-size office buildings within nearby walking distance that it proves its utility in its immediate context. Otherwise, it is unfortunate that this station is disconnected from the more walkable areas of Oakland Park/Wilton Manors, thus relying more on automotive transportation for the "last mile" travel - again, partially but proactively made-up for with the bus/public transit integration by the cities and County. I must continue to emphasize as with other Tri-Rail stations, there's not enough benches nor trash cans. There's also the standard anxiety if the train is coming, if you're on the right platform, the trains don't run late enough. But I must say in sum, it's such a net positive to have rail options (with signage and audio message in three (3!) languages) in this urban-suburban-car-dominated-megalopolis. I support it fully and want MORE investment in stations like this to make it better.
