They are very sweet and accommodating to my issues. I was uncomfortable in the dental chair so the dentist treated my cavity and repaired my tooth while I stood up. My dentist was amazing. I'm sorry, but I have the complete polar opposite experience the the person who wrote the review…read more I am deathly - I mean pee in your pants, hold your breath till you pass out, dig your nails into you skin until you bleed kinda scared..... and Dr Sands is the ONLY dentist I will go to. I had to have some major surgery done on my mouth, was it inexpensive - no - but you have to factor in the quality of his dentistry, the sedation and how much attention is paid to detail. I wasn't just another dollar walking in the door - to me it didn't feel that way at all - he was super nice, very welcoming and most importantly ... he LISTENED. I first went to him way back in i think 2004... his work is so awesome it looks like it was done yesterday. I'm afraid I totally agree with "he is a dentist not a finance company." The first few times - i had the cash - this last time I did not and I had a LOT of work done and didn't have that kind of money lying around - his office were amazing with connecting me with Care Credit - he was paid by them and and they happily worked out a payment plan for me I don't know . It seems that the reviewer was given all the options and reasons why including the price - I'm not understanding why you would return to a dentist that you clearly walked away from unhappy ???

I went in for a visit to find out my tooth was cracked. A return visit revealed an infection. The dentist said," the only viable alternative is to put me to sleep". The infection prevented the use novocaine. The cost for putting me to sleep would have been $600.00. Just for the anesthesia. .. I have great insurance but doesnt cover that. I told dr. Sands, I did not have the money. He wasnt interested in receiving payments. I went on antibiotics and later returned to his office and the infection was worse. He said, "I knew that was going to happen. ". I said, if u knew why did u let it happen... He said, u didnt have the money. He said, he is a dentist not a finance company. I later, went to the emergency room due to his greedy nature. The infection spread and I was take care of by Miramar memorial hospital. I almost forgot, upon leaving the office, the front desk later reminded me of a balance. I said, my wallet was in the car. The doctor told me to go get my wallet to settle up my bill. I was floored! Stay away from this unfeeling money hungry non professional so called " dentist".

I had a crown come loose and opted to use a dentist that was covered through my insurance rather…read morethan use Dr Naierman, The thinking was that for such a simple thing as cementing back in a crown, it would make no difference who I used. I could not have been more mistaken. I walked into his office literally in tears. I was at another dentist that took my insurance, and from start to finish it became clear to me that their is in fact a HUGE difference. Instead of going on about the terrible experience at the other dentist I want to share what I saw and felt to be the biggest difference. Dr Naierman has stellar bedside manner. He is polite, and takes a few moments to speak with me before even touching my mouth. While looking in my mouth he is not "heavy handed" and is quite aware that their is a person attached to "that mouth". He is professional and caring. After looking at my X-rays it was determined that I would need additional work done. He explained what/why/how. His staff was kind and eager to help with qs and the overall happy feeling in that office, I am sure, is a direct result of the working environment and watching Dr Naierman interact so well with the people that come in. The only thing I am sorry about is that I am moving away and won't be able to use him as my regular dentist.

One particular tooth was worked on multiple times and still never got right, and eventually I had to go somewhere else and pay to have it redone. The worst part has been all the pain and discomfort I've had to go through, along with having to take time away from work for additional appointments and procedures. I've basically had to pay twice for work that should have been done correctly the first time. After everything I've been through, I would not recommend this dentist. I wish I had gone somewhere else from the beginning.

Convinced me that a filled cavity was getting bigger and that it needed to be refilled with…read morepossible crown. As soon as he drilled it open he said it needed a crown. He cleaned up the tooth and the assistant did the temporary crown. An hour after I left the office it broke. They were nice enough to accommodate me the next day to get it fixed. But they did not do a good job checking and being thorough. Turns out the temporary crown was broken further inside. I had to suffer through pain over the the weekend as they do not work on Fridays. When I went back on Monday they yanked the temporary out and fixed it and put it back. On a Wednesday I returned and he did more drilling before doing the impression for the permanent crown. They broke the temporary while taking it out, so they had to make a new one which was free handed. Needless to say it is rough and hurting my tongue. I am also in pain as if I have a tooth ache. Time to go back in for 5th time. The ladies in the office are friendly but the dentist ????? The problem is he starts the work and leaves the assistant to finish up. He does not see it through. That is my biggest complain with this dentist. Thus the mess I am in

My husband and I have been going to Dr Eric B. Rothstein since I moved to Florida 18 years ago…read more Dr. Rothstein and his staff have been so amazing. I woke up one day with severe pain in my mouth and my cheek was swollen. When I called they went out of their way to get me in right away. They explained to me what was causing the pain and how it needed to be treated and why. They followed up with me after leaving the office to see how I was doing instead of waiting until my next appointment or for me to call them. They are very friendly and have made it very personal. I can't say enough good things. I have been very impressed and it is worth the drive for me since I have many dentists that are much closer to me.

With that said, if I had only found this office years ago, I could have avoided a lot of problems I've had in getting the right work done at the right time. Not only do they offer an in-house insurance plan, which I signed up for and have saved significant amounts on each visit, but they are also extremely warm and can I mention funny I've never had a dental team go out of their way to talk to me, make me laugh and ensure I was comfortable in every way. I have never EVER enjoyed the dentist office in the past but from the receptionists to the hygenists to the dentists, everyone here at Dr. Epstein and Dr. Blitman's office are absolutely excellent. I have had work done by Dr. Epstein and Dr. Betancourt specifically and it was so well executed and painless. I highly recommend this office if you need a dentist

I found this dentist in my insurance book and then read the reviews before going. He had very…read moreexcellent reviews and I know why. Initially I had to do a consultation with dr. Epstein. He was so wonderful and so thorough. I am 65 years old and have been suffering with TMJ for years and he is the first doctor that ever examined me for it and talk to me about it. He went over my x-rays and everything. He is funny and nice and the staff is equally as wonderful. Going back the next day I got my teeth cleaned by Jane the hygienist. I am a dentist fobe and cleaning my teeth is always a nightmare. Jane was gentle and talk to me throughout making me relaxed. I can't recommend this Dental Group enough. Wonderful, caring and knowledgeable.
