I have gone to many dentist and none has taken their time with me like they do here at this office . When I go in for a cleaning they are always flexible with my schedule so I can go into to work on time. They leave my teeth amazing and not to mention the great staff . Dr cuartas is amazing . She will never give you something you don't need . I recently got my braces on here because they have an in house ortho & surgeon . It's so conviene that everything is in one place . Every other place has over priced me , had me waiting long , and never kept up with my appointments . I honestly love everything about this office . The atmosphere is beautiful. Dr. Cuartas and her team are awesome. The front desk has great customer in addition to being very flexible with appointments and answering phone calls. The cleaning process is very efficient and the dental assistants are very gentle. I have never had to wait more than 5 mins to be taken care of. Her and her staff are understanding, patient and professional, I recently had an extraction and my reactions were not the best I immediately called the office to notify them and right away I received a phone call from the doctor herself, she arranged her schedule so she can take me in to check up on me. I was absolutely blown away by walking into this office! The decor is extremely modern, with all the latest technology, and the staff was super nice. They took my insurance which was great because my plan is apparently not very popular but Dr. Cuartas took it which was a huge relief. Will definitely be back! read more

Nice office and attention, but according to this woman i need to replace 2 existing crowns, need a root canal and several other things!.. as she was explaining all this she said to me.."why the face?, you dont believe me?".... which of course i didn't!.. i did a cleaning on which they told i needed a deep cleaning and of course other things more.. this place is all about reaping you off! i had a second opinion with another dentist and I end up not needing a root canal or replacing existing crowns. Dr.Cuartas is one of the best Dentist I ever experienced. She explained my treatment and her staff and wonderful . I'm also getting my braces here and her specialist Dr.G is so nice and delicate. I also got my wisdom teeth removal by Dr. T and she was always on top of my recovery . Dr.Cuartas office is one of the most professional and clean environment . I am sorry to say I have been back several times with the same problem and I guess there is no solution, do I go to another to dentist and hope that my problem can be resolved? After all Dr. Cuartas has been paid in full. I am just miserable and each day I hope I will wake up and it will all go away. read more

Don't let her fancy office fool you. She is a horrible charlatan and I won't ever go back. After questioning some of her opinions on what dental work I needed to have done, I went to get a second opinion and was so glad I did. I ended up not needing most of what she was adamant was necessary and saved myself thousands of dollars. She told me I needed a root canal and I did not. She told me I needed a special cleaning and I did not. She also told me I had an infection and I needed to take antibiotics. I NEVER take antibiotics unless it is absolutely medically necessary which I made quite clear to them. They insisted that it was and gave me a prescription to start right away. Thank goodness I got in to see another dentist for a second opinion the next day. He let me know that she was incorrect. I had NO infection and didn't need to take the pills and stopped them immediately. When I was upset and concerned about the cost of all of the work she was claiming that I needed done, she said it all needed to be completed, that none of it could wait. When I told the office that I couldn't anywhere near afford the estimate, the only thing they said that they could do was to offer financing. If you want to overpay and have more dental work done than is necessary, by all means, go to this dentist. If you are looking for an honest, quality dentist, I would look elsewhere. read more

I wish I could give this woman 0 stars. This is my first Google review, but I am so infuriated with her and my experience I had to write this. She quoted me a rediculous 2000 dollar work up with having dental insurance. I told her I couldn't afford that right now if I could just have my regular cleaning that my insurance pays for, and maybe I will get a second opinion. Well, I guess I shouldn't have said that because she came back extremely angry with me and said she refused to do the cleaning on my teeth. That if I were to go to another dentist they would tell me that my teeth were fine, and if I wanted a second opinion I should go elsewhere. I have never ever experienced anything like this. And she had such an attitude. I said ok fine I will do that and I won't be coming back here. After being there already for an hour and a half. Stay far far away from this place. read more

Exellend dentist hidden on 595 in between Hiatus and Nob Rds. The office is very clean, conveniently located and the receptionist is very nice and helpful. Dr. Cuartas is easy talk to answer and always answers all my questions at the beginning and at the end. The hygienist was friendly, gentle, and helped me feel at ease. HORRIBLE OFFICE ON SO MANY LEVELS!! I wish there was an option to leave negative stars for this office. Definitely and unequivocally the most difficult, inexperienced, and full of excuses office I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone including my worst enemy. The office manager/billing "expert" , Idania, does not know how to properly and timely submit anything to the insurance company. So not only did she not confirm that the insurance would cover the work prior to the appointment, she tried to place the balance responsibility on me... then agreed to a split the balance because she knew she messed up. Then when I try to confirm same via email, many times, she never responds only to find out after calling her numerous times that she now claims she didn't have the authority to make that offer to me. How can you do something like that and make matters worse? This office is a complete nightmare!!! I had to file the appeal myself with the insurance company and beg them to pay the office and do HER JOB! ( which thank goodness they did and I am beyond relieved. What is even worse is that the doctor herself backed up the incompetency! I was boiling mad before, but just today I found out that the new dentist determined the crowns were not fitted properly and causing damage to my son's gums... all of this after paying out thousands of dollars to Cuartas Dentistry. I am beside myself and contemplating legal action. So not only is the office manager incompetent, it appears that the dentist is too. ******DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING!!! read more

This is one of the few offices where they make you feel comfortable. Dr Cuartas is the most patient, respectful and understanding dentist I have encountered. I am not an easy patient, let me tell you! LOL. She listened to my concerns with respect and if I was not happy with my crown she took her time to listen, address my concerns, and redo the job. Why can't all dentists be like that? I moved to Pembroke Pines so he office is now far for me but I highly recommend her services. I did not give her 5 stars because last year a front tooth was hurting and she recommended a root canal. I avoid root canals like the plague since a root canal was the cause of a huge infection that made me loose a tooth and get an implant. So getting another root canal was not something I wanted. A friend suggested I get a second opinion so I did and I saved that tooth. It is always good to get second opinions, remember that. But alot of dentists ought to learn from Dr Cuartas regarding respect, compassion and understanding for their patients. The staff is also the friendliest I have seen. Very nice people!
