This is a great store to gather some decent Florida souvenirs or to pick up some last-minute beach stuff. The staff is friendly, the selection is broad, and the prices are right. We stopped in for some sunscreen and a few beach/pool toys before getting on a cruise and were able to find everything we could need/want. They have a great selection of nearly everything you could think of and, if you have lids, plan to keep an eye on your wallet because I can nearly guarantee they'll find something they will want! Heck, even I found myself trying to justify a puka shell necklace for me haha. (Note to self, you're not 14...) The staff here is very friendly and happy to help with anything you need. I purchased beachwear for four at your #1 location last week. Detachable strap missing; hard to swim with no straps!! When I went back to your #1 location; your staff refused to help. She also would not let me speak with a manager. When I called later that afternoon (after my second trip due to problems) Your staff member said they do not give out names of any employee..Really; not even the first name of your store Mgr.?!. Next I called location #4..very helpful, told me this was not acceptable/normal behavior. She advised me to contact your corporate office, which I did. You have had a full week now to reply. Corporate office didn't answer, so I left a detailed message. I explained to your employees at stores #1, #4 and your Corp. office that I am permanently disabled!. What gives?! Your employee at store #1 refused to give me the only straps from the one top left that I had purchased. She said, and I quote.. "It would HURT the suit" !??? WHAT??! I would give you zero stars if that was an option! ‍ ‍ Please fix your mess; I have never treated any customer the way your staff has treated me; knowing I was handicapped, live out of state and cannot continually exhaughst myself traipsing back to your store over and over; I simply do not have the energy, physically to do that! ‍‍ Shame on you! Awful, dreadful experience. You will never see the inside of this woman's wallet again! ‍ P.S. I am a writer; I will make very sure to post everywhere possible to avoid doing business with you. We stopped in here to look for a beach hat. We ended up just buying a magnet. Good place to Find souvenirs. Some prices are decent, some Are super pricey. The service was not nice. The lady checking us out was short and bossy to her co worker and wasn't very nice even to us. There is a minimum $10 charge to use a card. read more

The place has a lot of stuff so that's neat but 90% of the bikini tops are meant for small chests.. I even tried on an XL and the cups were almost the same size as the S ones. The staff was nice so nothing to complain about there, I just wish they had more of a selection for people with bigger chests. What's the point of having XL tops that don't even cover your boobs? read more

I was on vacation in CoCo Beach. Considering that I didn't bring any beach clothes with me, I was stressing out and thought of how many places I would have to stop by to find everything I needed for this trip. Beachwave Beachwear, location 6, is the first store I walked into. I was absolutely amazed once I walked into this store: it had everything you'd ever need for the weather in this location. The quality is incredible, and clothes fit really well. The management and staffing was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. If you're in the area, it's a must visit store. My wife and I are retired and live in Orlando for the past 20 years and go to visit Cocoa Beach often as we lived there for 13 years in the 80s. We have stopped at Beach Wave several times as my wife likes to shop for stuff. She purchased towels but they really were beach mats. She bought 4 for $80 and at checkout the printer for the receipt was out of paper so we got no receipt. I was fine with that as I never use or really return stuff. My mistake. After she brought them home she realized it is not what she wanted. Oh well. We never removed any tags and put them back in the bag. We went to the Beach a few weeks later and stopped in and asked for just an exchange and did not ask for our money back. They refused said no receipt no return. They could clearly see these were never used still in bag they came in I tried to explain we never got a receipt and could show them my credit card charge but NOPE. Extremely shocked and very disappointed taking advantage of 2 retired adults on Social Security. Lousy customer service. Be warned. They just lost all our business which is stupid in my opinion but they don't care the manager was rude probably paid by the hour not their business. read more
