Sometimes we are so quick to complain and write negative reviews, but don't take the time to share such positive experiences. I highly recommend Wireless World. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case. We talked about replacing with a solid-state drive but I think we came to the conclusion that it was slow because of competing virus software. So he was very good and spent a lot of time with me giving me the options. And we chose the cheaper safer route first and then will discuss options if the problem persists. This was great I didn't spend a lot of time or money to find out the issue he was very patient with me and I would definitely return with any PC issues.

Although they didn't resolve my Windows reboot loop issues, they were able to remove the hard drive and save most of my data despite the many hard drive errors. They charged me $60 to "diagnose the problem" (Duh, I needed the keyboard replaced. They quoted me $350 to replace the keyboard, I had already done all work, and it would take about 15 minutes to replace the keyboard, It was INSULTING and ABSUREDLY expensive. This place is a TOTAL RIP-OFF. Don't waste your time or money.
